We had been looking to try Birria Style tacos for quite some time and finally had a chance to come down to this place! Walking in you can tell them in business by the smells to greet you, and after tasting what they had in store, this place is officially a spot we will be frequenting! It's located just off the main drive in Wapato in a pretty non descript store front. They've got some cool murals on the walls inside an otherwise pretty plain front room. The style of tacos that they specialize in here are Birria. Traditionally, it's served with goat meat, but after some sleuthing, it ends up it's more about the way it is prepared rather than the actual meat. Think of it like meat that would go in a crockpot for a few days and then go into a taco that is fried. "Sounds magical!" you say -Friends, it's absolutely magical! Like so good they may be serving unicorn! Possibly the best thing about here is not just that they do their tacos well, but they also have offshoots that utilize the same techniques. We had one dish called the pizzadilla- As it sounds, it's a combination of a quesadilla and a pizza. This effectively means it's a giant quesadilla with Birria style meat served in a pizza box. It might be the best thing I've eaten this year, and given the current pandemic, we have been eating out a lot! The tacos and different dishes are served with a delicious red dipping sauce called console May. It's basically the drippings from the meat, and it's absolutely incredible. For the same reason you dip your bread in steak juice, you should absolutely dip your tacos in this juice, and probably drink it when you're done. The prices here are a little high but for what are to date some of the best tacos and Birria we've had, this spot is worth your time and money! read more

Enjoyed lunch with my family here today, normally we order in Yakima, the girl working was very attentive to make sure we got everything we needed and even gave us a bag to carry our leftovers in which I've never experienced and even a salsa to take home for our leftover tacos very helpful. Although we where disturbed by someone coming in and asking us for money in front of my children I will definitely be back with my family our meals where phenomenal and was exactly what I was craving. I am sooo happy with the food here! We ordered the pizzabirria, it was jam packed w meat and gooey cheese and the consomme was so delicious! My husvand ordered the tacos dorados w birria meat and he wnjoyed his tacos too. The only thing i'd suggest is to put a lil more kick to the salsas. Both the green and red salsas are not e en spicy at all. And maybe respaint the tacky mural inside the restaurant...makes it look like preschool. read more

I ordered the Birria Ramen which was different but tasted pretty and a little spicy but not overpowering, I also got 2 Birria Tacos and the flavor was pretty killer I really enjoyed them and a Pineapple Jarrito pop.
