Stopped in after reading reviews on Yelp and was not disappointed. Seated 4 adults and two grandchildren (5 and 8) quickly. Owner came over and introduced himself and welcomed us warmly and showed us his breakfast specials. He asked how we found this place and we said Yelp. Four of us had creamed chip beef over toast, one adult had eggs, potatoes and toast while the youngest had pancakes. There was nothing left on anyone's dish. Eggs were fresh and the chipped beef was good. Very reasonably priced, great service and very friendly owner. Will come back again. read more

Everything was on point!! The hashbrown was the best I've ever had, it's a must try. The prices are even greater.

Breakfast was delicious. My wife had the eye opener which came with homemade corner beef hash. She opted for the fresh fruit which was a large piece of watermellon nice and juicy. I had a western omelet with cheese grits an toast. As usual as in most diners, coffee was excellent. The waitstaff was also very pleasant and attentive. I was in search for a new breakfast place in the area and found this place on yelp. My husband has heard many great things but said the place was small so he didn't want to go. I am glad that I was able to convince him to try. The place was small but we didn't have a problem getting in right away. The owner came and greeted us and the waitress was friendly and pleasant. The food portions were nice and the flavoring was delicious. I look forward to coming back to try other things on the menu. I had the cornbeef hash and my husband had the Greek omelette and wasn't really impressed but did enjoy the pancakes. Coming into the restaurant it's small and quite busy at noontime which is generally the case. I had what they recommended which was their famous fried chicken with Belgian waffles lathered in gravy. Meal was excellent gravy is slightly sweet and to die for. Chicken was perfectly fried with not a drop of grease. Waffle was fluffy with a perfect portion size. This location is family owned and operated with a cheerful staff. Absolutely a location I will come to every time I travel down south 3 minutes off of the parkway !!!! read more

This place is really a hidden gem! I stumbled upon it looking for a quick bite to eat while on my way home from AC. From the moment I walked in it was such a friendly environment. The owner who I didn't know at the time cracked jokes with me while I put my name on the list to be seated. He was so friendly and made you feel as if you were home eating! JJ's freakin diner man. A small little joint out in bumblefuck that my friends and I found during our trip to AC. Nice little family operated diner with one of the BEST AMERICAN breakfasts I've ever had. We were warmly welcomed by the manager? I presume, and he was super cool, greeted all 8-9 of us with a nice handshake and told us a brief story about the place. His grandma runs it as the chef and i guess hes customer relations dept lol. Whatever, he and the rest of the staff are excellent. Extremely kind and attentive and makes it feel like home. Their breakfast was incredible. They have daily specials that change like chicken and waffles. Their menu has quite a few items to select from. Judging by what all of us ordered, I can safely say everything is good lol . I got the lumber jack but I think they call it something else. Breakfast is simple but they just make it extra good. So good that I ordered a Reuben just to try something else, even though I was full. Their portions are excellent. They get you to that point where you're FULL but you need to sit 5 min. Well in that 5 min I ordered more. I cant wait to come back here. If youre out in Jersey by AC definitely stop by here, you will not regret it. read more
