Stopped in today during lunch time. The ambiance is nice and the place is clean. The employees I encountered all seemed friendly. Our server, Glenn, was wonderful. He was friendly and attentive. The meat (pork roll) & cheese omelet was good. I liked that the home fries were crispy without specifically asking for them to be. It's across the street from a good Italian restaurant (Andre's), just over the bridge from the casinos, and the town has a nice outdoor market with plenty of parking, produce, and fresh corn in good weather. The best place in brigantine to get bagels BY FAR! Located in the heart of brigantine, Yianni's has indoor and outdoor seating as well as take out. When we lived in brigantine we would go every weekend and get bagels for the week with their outstanding strawberry cream cheese. We don't live in brigantine any more but every single time we visit from Florida we get 2 dozen and bring them home with us! They stay fresh the 24+ hour trip back to FL and we freeze when we get home. They last for months in the freezer and are just as delicious toasted. I love their egg bagels. They do sell out so call ahead the day before if you have a large order. Yesterday we called and we picked up 2 dozen bagels and 2 breakfast sandwiches this morning and they had everything ready for us. Thank you Yianni's!! read more

Yianni's has a small diner type of feel and menu. The inside is very nice with a shore/coastal kind of vibe. Our server was attentive and helpful. I had the chicken gyro with a Greek salad. It tasted very fresh and the pita bread was really good. My wife had a Classy Californian crab omelette with avacado and that also was very good. The portion sizes were large. I went to Yianni's cafe in late June with my family. The food was great and so were the staff. However, when I paid for my meal I did not realize at the time that they charged and extra $50.52 to my credit card. I call and talked to a woman named Peggy who claimed she would make it right. It is late July and she refuses to talk to my credit card company to refund the $50.52 to make it right. They stole from me and thus far lied about making it right. My whole family (lives in Brigantine) is very disappointed. If you want to be robbed go here. Stay away. read more

Our only regret about Yianni's is not finding this place sooner! The quest for a delicious and satisfying breakfast ended the moment we found this gem. They offer extensive Eggs Benedict options, in addition to waffles (both savory and sweet), pancakes, and create-your-own omelets. Fresh-squeezed juices, smoothies, as well as baked goodies are also available. Did I mention that they sell bagels? And damn good ones! They are more akin to NY bagels, and lucky for me because that's the style I like (more doughy and less crispy). Be prepared for a wait, even in non-summer months. No matter how early we arrive, we always seem to have a 30 minute wait. Well worth it, and it will only assist with building your hunger. The outdoor seating area is covered, so you'll be protected from a passing shower. We always hold-out for an outdoor seat (much like everyone else)! Yianni's is a cute little diner-esk restaurant and is always packed on the weekends. We decided to come here for breakfast mid week to see what the hype is all about. I feel like of silly saying this, but for "fresh and healthy" the best foods we had there were all fried.... My husband got the chicken tenders and fries and both were just really exceptional (and I typically don't even love fried food). I got a omelette which was fine... not the best I've ever had, not the worst. Maybe I was just making assumptions, but I do wish they had more Greek options - something to stand out against typical breakfast items. We were staying at our friend's timeshare hotel across the street and she recommended we check this spot out for breakfast since she had enjoyed it a few times before we arrived. This small joint has that local feel. We were here in the winter time just before Christmas and they are packed with customers. My friend, Teresa L., recommended the fruit smoothies. Wow they were not only very fresh, but also very filling. I ordered the banana berry smoothie which I enjoyed a lot and definitely would go back in the future for another. For the entree I ordered the gyro omelet that comes with a choice of toast and some home fries and tzatziki sauce on the side. The gyro meat was very tender and flavorful. I liked this cute cafe and would have loved to leave it a very good review if it wasn't for the sub-par service we received. Was here with my kids on a random Friday. The wait was long due to seating restrictions. Surprisingly, the indoor seating was actually available, as compared to anywhere in AC, where it wasn't. It's a breakfast joint so it wasn't uncommon to see a table with one person just reading a book for two hours while sipping their coffee. Obviously not the restaurant's fault. Although I've seen recently many places institute a maximum seating time depending on the number of diners. We were told our wait would be 30 minutes, but it was more like an hour. No complains here however. When we were finally sat, my kids were to the point of having a heat stroke. There isn't much shade in front of the resultant. After we sat, we did not get any attention for probably over 15 minutes. In fact, I observed another table that was sat shortly after us, not only get their drinks but put in their food order. I had to flag the server from that table to ask her about our server. When we asked for waters only one was brought out (for three people). Iced coffee with no accompaniments or straws. The menu was pretty great and the food was pretty tasty actually. My son had a very interesting dish of amazingly light french toast sandwich covered with strawberries and bananas. With that said, again, we not only saw the table next to us eat their food (one dish was what we ordered) but actually get their check. Up to that point our food was never brought out! We only ordered two meals actually between the three of us. My suspicion is our server never put our meals in to begin with until I asked her where our food was. We spent way too long in here. I absolutely loved the Bon Matin...I ordered it without the bacon I got some incredible home fries with scrambled eggs and a half piece of waffle covered with strawberries bananas and Nutella. What a great cafe! We went there for a later breakfast and coffee (they have nespresso). Their breakfast sandwich (eggs, bacon, cheese) on a bagel was delicious. My friend got the Yanni's favorite and it did not disappoint. The portion was HUGE (warning!) and the plate was the perfect size for food not to touch (this can be a serious problem)! Great and affordable breakfast place on the island. I've been to Yianni's multiple times and each time it continues to impress. Today I got a Yianni's favorite which came with 2 eggs, home fries, bagel or toast, pancakes or French toast, sausage and bacon. The portions are huge! I actually took home the sausage, all the French toast and the entire bagel. It's enough for 2 meals and it's affordable at only $12.50. The cream cheese did cost extra, but I ended up taking that home as well. My brother got the lox Benedict which looked great. His friend got the avocado Benedict. And my friend ordered the bon matin which is similar to the breakfast I described above, but cones with a waffle with Nutella and fruit. There was a bit of a wait today, but when we got there we were told a half hour and were taken in 11 minutes. They don't split checks, so that's also something to be aware of if you go in a group.
