When I went inside, I noticed that the chalkboard menu had a number of different offerings. It was when I saw BBQ beef that I knew that I had to give it a shot. The memory of the feedlot had long since faded. As did the stench of the cattle wallowing in their own filth. But hey, didn't I mention that it's what's on the inside that counts? Well, I found that the inside of a bovine can barbecue up quite nicely. I got the bbq sandwich, and it was superb. You should get one, or maybe even two! Quick Tip: If you're tempted to get gas at the Loves next door, don't. Go to the next exit and buy your gas at Stuckeys. It's like 20 cents a gallon cheaper. The money you save will help pay for your sandwiches. Or that Pecan Log Roll if Stuckeys draws you inside.
