I took one bite of my brisket, on a sweet potato (not sweet potato, but sweet, potato) bun, and closed my eyes. It was so tender, so tasty, so worthy of five stars. I don't always eat barbecue, but when I do, I want it to taste like this. I tasted the kids' sandwiches, too, and was glad we all ordered something different.
