During my visit, I found high-quality model kits, including a Huey gunship helicopter and a 1979 Pontiac Firebird. Their selection of specialty crafts is also excellent. I was able to pick up a stained glass kit and a soldering iron for a new project. Additionally, I found the perfect picture frame to display a concert photo. The staff was helpful, and the checkout process was smooth. This is my go-to spot for model building and DIY projects in the Meridian area. Highly recommended!

After we got in line to check out, my son got upset because, well...he's 2, and the manager or whoever he was, came up to us like something was wrong. As I'm struggling to hold my 40lb 2yr old to comfort him, the guy asked if he was mad about something or was hurt. I already had judgy eyes on me and whispering from other customers and this guy furthered my embarrassment by doing this. I'm sure he was trying to be helpful but it didn't make me feel better when he drew more attention to an already embarrassing situation. Honestly, I don't think we'll go back just after this experience.

The furniture she reupholstered was beautiful and so nicely done and compared to other upholsterers in the area she was competitive in pricing and got it done faster than they quoted me. I'm not sure if it was someone who was honest about their dealings with her but I and and several other friends who have used her have all had a great experience with her and would be happy to refer her to anyone.

It's been six months. I'm wondering if anyone out there has had the same thing happen. She had an Etsy store called My Haute Stuff, @Handmade Hut and I ordered a number of custom curtains. She told me to pay through PayPal, rather than Etsy, and as soon as I did she closed her Etsy store. She gave many excuses for my curtains bring delayed, and, after six months of hearing every excuse in the book, and never receiving a single thing, I asked for a full refund. She stopped responding all together. Because of her process in having me pay her directly and then closing her shop immediately, I think this may be a regular scam of hers, involving shops of different names. All the latest colors/patterns/designers are represented for your projects. There is also an active classroom that was full on our visit, as well as a back room with several long arm machines that you can rent to finish your projects, or you can leave it for finishing. The day of our visit a kit caught the eye of my MIL, but we could not find the panel or pattern by itself. When we inquired at the desk, the salesperson was so polite and friendly, she opened the kit for us and sold what we wanted separately (pictured!) as it was the last one in the store. We received excellent customer service even though they were swamped with customers. The only negative comment I have is their prices-very competitive on supplies, kits & patterns, but the highest in the area for fabric (average $13.50/yard). Beautiful selections are available for that special fabric you have been searching for, but not for all your fabric needs if you quilt a lot.

I do not sew well but my mom and aunt do and I sent the fabric off to them to make my pillow cases for some long rectangular down pillows that I've had for a few years from Germany that I can't let go of! And because of their odd shape/size, only custom cases will do! They have such an amazing selection of fabrics and fun tools! The site is huge with what I believe is the largest collection of fabric, threads, notions, and even more impressive, a huge array of sewing machines. What really makes it "super" is the Staff. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and especially knowledgeable; Laura is a sewing treasure! They are hands-on with free classes with your machine purchase, and follow-up with questions and help afterwards. They also have a fun, comprehensive class calendar as well. This is my favorite shop in the Valley, in fact, I can't think of any where else that is so impressive. I'm so glad I found them and I love my new machine!

It was so nice to walk into a shop that felt like a fabric store, not a collection of junk. I had called that shop at some previous point to get help with a vacuum. They didn't service my brand but the man was so nice...gave me pointers and I was able to get it working again. WHO DOES THAT? When I went in, thing were organized, clean, clearly marked and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and mannerly. That means a whole lot to me. I found beautiful options and some things on sale. I made all my kids clothes when they were little. Just starting to sew again after 25 years. What a blessing to find this place. Staff there should teach lessons on customer service. I'm going back!

I called literally the day before and they helped throw together a fabulous surprise party for her! It was also during an open house where they had lots of customers doing make and take projects and shopping. So to go that extra mile for us meant so much. The ladies were all so kind and helpful made us feel right at home. The patience with the kids was also wonderful! Kim was fantastic :) We had kids of all ages and the options were perfect for each age group. The party cost also include cupcakes, drinks and pizzas. I would absolutely recommend this place for a girls night out or birthday party! Lastly everything was so clean and fun :) I can't wait to go back :)
