She absolutely sold us and we ended up adding it to the middle layer of our 3-tier cake. My husband and I got married on Star Wars day. As a surprise to him, I enlisted the help of Kathy to add a subtle ode to Star Wars on the backside of our cake. You know, business in the front, party in the back :p It could not have come out more perfectly! So often wedding cakes are dry, too sweet and just overall unappealing. NOT KATHYS! All of the flavors came together beautifully, the cake was moist and so beautiful! Beyond the cake itself, Kathy was so friendly and easy to work with. She is clearly passionate about what she does and wants her clients to be astounded with the final product.
