Alex is one of the most professional contractors I've ever worked with -- very kind and courteous, prices work fairly, and is willing to negotiate if push comes to shove. During the install, his team accidentally screwed up a couple sprinklers that are right next to the driveway, but once I let Alex know, he and another employee came out and fixed it right away, free of charge. They do irrigation too, so it was an easy decision. A few weeks later, I had him come out and apply a clear seal to the driveway to prep for winter. There was brown liquid spilled on the cabinets and floors, paint spilled on the floors, stairs & countertops, outlet covers missing (still not found), painter's tape still stuck to the walls & baseboards, and sunflower seeds littered across EVERY single floor in the house (including the in the carpet and the bathtub). I am shocked at the way the house was left and how sloppy this was. This was not the condition that it was supposed to be left in. I had a showing the next morning so had to spend over 3 hours cleaning it. I contacted the manager about it and received a $275 discount. They did offer to come back over and "take care of these items" but I had no time to let them come back so I had to take care of it myself. For how much I paid to for this to be done I expected way more from this company. I will not be using this company again.

Josh who provided the initial estimate made good recommendation regarding paint sheen for the different surface types, and asked several questions about things I had not even thought of such as front and back colors for doors.. While we were only using three colors, due to the different sheens for concrete walls, wallboard, and door trim, we ended up with 7 different paints. Scheduling was easy and they helped accommodate our availability. When the painters came in to do the work they were friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to understand which paints were to be used where. They did an excellent job; multiple coats of paint for rooms that went from dark gray to a neutral taupe and caulked the floorboards where necessary and filled in scrapes and picture holes where we needed it. I would highly recommend Singletrack team. Professional, articulate, and very knowledgeable on what was needed for the job. and the total price was very competitive with the other 5 bids I got.

After contacting 2 different companies for quotes, I can say, without a doubt, Jose Kumul impressed me the most. I have had other house work done and the difference is you hire "Jose" the person. He truly cares about the work he does and his communication is great as well. I always knew what was going on with timeline. The work his team does is just grade A profession and super polite. I guess the last thing I'll say is Jose's team made sure they did the work I didn't think to ask about. They took all the considerations and didn't skip corners at all. The guy was late for appointment but sent an update, bit rushed but willing to listen, didn't take off shoes/wear booties, and send quote several days later. We have to go somewhere else after they quoted over $8k for 12x12 room paint. No, we didn't ask for gold coated paint. read more

Alex was very kind and explained everything and gave us options. He sent us the estimate in a very timely organized manner. Once we chose to go with them Alex went over paint colors and gave ideas/suggestions. He was extremely patient while we waited 3 weeks for our HOA's approval(kind of crazy). Once approved they began within a week and power washed and the crew was here daily, prepping, painting and always left our home clean. They were extremely hard workers and braced the heatwave we had with ease(they made it look easy that is). The time they took in prep was amazing, they paid attention to every last detail. Once the job was complete Alex came and did a walk thru and looked at everything with us, making sure we were happy and nothing was missed. Our house looked beautiful and we have gotten tons of compliments. The thing that also stood out was his communication and we didn't pay him until the job was complete. There are way too many companies around here that collect and never show back up.
