They had exactly the truck we were looking for at a fair price and they were honest and straight forward. We were there less than 2 hours start to finish and came home with exactly the truck we wanted and needed. I can't say enough about Brandon and Casey. The truck I went to go look at was just over $55,000. If I wanted to pay cash, they wanted to charge me an extra $3500. Without a Ford GMC OR Chevy trade in, it is $1500 more.... ‍ This place is a joke. Stay away and don't make the drive up here because the prices look cheap. They do that to get you there and then you find out all this nonsense. In all seriousness, our sales person, Mike Novacich was really good. If you can deal with the Dealers BS pricing strategies then you should deal with him if you can. If it would give me the option to give them a zero star, I would. What they do with their advertised pricing should be illegal. I will definitely be sharing this with others.

I call all the ones by my house and I was told 3 and 4 weeks out before they could even look at my truck. Troy is a bit of a drive but I figured it was worth a try. Not only did they have an opening weeks before everyone else, they called me today because they have diagnosed the problem and the part will be in Monday. A week before they the day they originally quoted me. I probably will never own another Dodge but I would highly recommend Jake and the service department at this location. I explained I'm in the decision making process and plan to purchase by the fall. Pete (salesman) helped me and was very nice. He showed me both vehicles and when I asked to test drive them he replied "let me go get the keys". This is where the good experience ended. Brian (the owner) came out and talked to me about both vehicles. Seemed polite but he explained he doesn't let anyone test drive them until we sit and talk numbers, finalize them, then test drive to make sure the vehicle is satisfactory to what we talked about. So I come in looking to purchase a vehicle thats upwards of 100K and you wont allow me to test drive the vehicles to help my decision making until we finalize numbers?! This seemed very untrustworthy and disrespectful. Because of this owner I will not be giving this dealership my business. After getting a job near town, my trax started having problems. I took it here because it was the closest dealership to me. Once there, they told me it would a few days before it got fixed because they closed at a certain time (no problem, I understand that) but then they told me that it might take even longer because they might not even have the part. (Really instilling trust already right?). Anyways, the days pass and they finally called me to tell me that my car was ready to be picked up and that the problem was apparently my "aftermarket subwoofer" that I had installed ever since I bought the car. Let's just say the next day as I am leaving for work, I go to start the car and it's dead.....again.....for a fourth time. After this, I called them and asked them why they didn't fix the problem and the lady had the AUDACITY to gaslight me and told me I plugged in the subwoofer again. I DIDNT. It wasn't the subwoofer... What's crazy is I took the car back home to a dealership that I've been to before, it was a simple fix. The cooling fan relay was stuck...Wasted time and wasted money going to this dealership and unless you wanna do the same...I strongly recommend NOT ever going to this place. Just stay clear, and go somewhere else.
