The one thing most do not enjoy when looking at cars is the pushy environment you get when you go onto a lot. That was not the case here. Kyle was not pushy, he made you feel so at ease, answering every single question without making you feel uncomfortable or uneasy.. The funny thing was though, I wasn't even really looking for a new car, just happened to be driving by and seen a very cute, brand new Bronco, stopped to take a peek, & Kyle came out and was just so polite, kind and again, not pushy (so appreciative of that)... LITERALLY- We could not wait to go back the next morning even. It was the easiest, most enjoyable car purchase we have ever made. This gentleman is a absolute asset to this company. The car is absolutely beautiful and I'm thankful to Jim Trenary Ford in Moscow Mills for having such a beautiful car & for also having such a wonderful salesman on their team because honestly if the salesman had been trying to push me into this car (the typical way they usually do) in anyway, shape or form, or made it uncomfortable, we would have been out of there in a New York minute.     NEVER do business with them!!! We heard a noise when test driving, Frieda promised they would fix…read moreit, they never let a problem go. They changedthe back brakes and said the other noise was "normal". Come to find out the alternator was bad, it was under warranty (we had to pay 50%). Got that done, and less than 3 weeks later, the alternator is bad again. Did the warranty place give us abad alternator? that we just paid $300 for out of pocket. Im so upset we have had this POS car for 2 mos. Its a shame we though highly of Frieda, and she in turns sells us a lemon. Im furious, we have changed front brakes, alternator, and have replaced the ECM. In two months we have spent $600 and this POS still needs a damn new alternator that works. DONT go to this place!!!

    I will NEVER do business with this place again…read more The original experience was fair. The people were pleasant, but the "building" was a double wide trailer with a nasty bathroom. The sink was broken and dilapidated. Just not a good first impression. It honestly should have been my first red flag telling me to run. The sales persons told me the vehicle I was purchasing was well kept, it was his mother's car, no issues ever etc. Boy was I dooped. Maybe it was the fact I had a 3 month old with me, maybe I was sleep deprived, or maybe the car accident I was in causing the need for a different vehicle caused a lapse in judgement, but these guys really pulled the wool over my eyes. The horn worked by a bi-pass button. It looked like a house door bell. I looked past it because it worked. Not even a month off the lot I had to replace the valve cover gasket, valve rings, the head gasket had to be resurfaced and the water pump replaced. The lot paid for the majority of it because of the "extended warranty" they had on it. BUT his mechanic had to do the work. Five months later, the drive axle broke. We replaced that. A month later, the transmission went out. We had to rebuild the entire thing. We drove the van a whole two times before the serpentine belt busted. After replacing the serpentine belt, the very next day we were informed The Car Store rigged our fuel line. Now we are rushing to sell the biggest money pit we ever purchased to get a decent vehicle. Thank you The Car Store for putting a struggling family with a newborn child into an even worse financial situation for a quick buck. You people make me sick with your empty promises and terrible morals.

    We brought our van here for warranty work. What a horrible experience! I had to return my vehicle…read moreseveral times, due to the issues not being fixed and him causing more issues. Each time Tommy (the owner) assures me it's fixed. He was good at making me feel as if it had been taken care of. The first time I picked it up I drive off, I didn't even get to the hwy and it is not fixed. Turned around and brought it back. Second time, I drive off. I go to the gas station where I cannot exit my van. The door handle will not work. He fixed one problem and caused another. He come and picked it up. Third time, pick it up, open the door and a part falls off. He tells me how 100 people been in and out the door. Bla bla not his fault. When the part arrives (for the original issue), I have to bring it back. Tommy told me his shop " had a come to Jesus moment. And he is the only worker now." Asked me, "how bad do you need it?" We agree on a pick up date. Date comes, not ready. My family van sat there for a week and he didn't even touch it! Tommy was so unprofessional when I tried to question him about it. My husband had to take over the situation. Forth time I pick it up, issue is fixed. Now I have no ac. None. Blowing hot. Tommy tells me husband bitching and moaning won't fix it, bring it back up. We had to report him to the warranty company three times. We were informed he had already been paid for the work weeks prior. He never did fix what he broke. The warranty company had to refer us somewhere else. Located in St. Peters. Not close for us or convenient. Unfortunately, I will probably spend less on gas going there and back, than I did taking my van back and forth to Tommy. My family was inconvenienced with TNT Auto sales for almost a month. Without a vehicle for most of that time. Tommy responded with yelling and interrupting you when you tried to speak. Very unprofessional. He is very good at talking and over promising. Do NOT trust Tommy at TNT Auto sales!

Twice, within two weeks (same teller), I had my money (from a business deposit--cash) come up over $400 short when I went through the drive through. I count money for a living.. so was very concerned when the drive thru teller suggested I was short at all. I went into the bank and requested that they count the money out with me on the counter. They informed me that they could not do that, and that the money counter machine had already "eaten up my deposit." They would not know the numbers or any discrepancies until the end of the day. Guess who never got her money back?? ME... I'd love to know where that money ended up!!! Different issue: I had a fraudulent purchase made from my business debit card and called in to report it. The fraudulent purchase was close to $100 and made to a Bar and Grill across the country. Never mind that I've NEVER been to that state, it was also clear that NO other purchases were on my account from that state. No hotels, no car rental, nothing. In fact, I was still using my card locally on that same date. That would seem pretty obvious to me, but I suppose we aren't all masterminds here. Once I placed the call to flag the fraudulent purchase I was informed that they do not offer any sort of fraud protection for business accounts. Yeah, so I am out that money?! Unreal. Another issue: I am a business and typically I print my own checks at our HR with a check printer (yes it's 100% legal). I had ran out of ink for it, and needed counter checks to get by until I could replace the ink. I also work approx 100-120 hours a week, and I did not have a chance to get the ink replaced for a couple weeks. I went in a few times for some counter checks, in which they made me purchase $.10 a piece, no big deal. The second week the lady told me I could not purchase any more counter checks from them. And rudely stated "That I needed to figure something else out because they aren't in the business of check printing." Final straw: Today I am doing some bookkeeping. I was unable to locate a couple of bank statements, so called in to see about getting some emailed to me. They informed me that they would be charging me a "research fee" at the ridiculous rate of $30 per hour with a $15 minimum. Whoa!! As if that wasn't mind blowing enough, I was told they couldn't email me the statements (to the email THEY HAVE ON FILE) -- even though I have had a business account there since the beginning of 2023 and they clearly know who I am!!! I'm so done. If you're thinking about banking here... think twice. There are plenty of more reputable banks in town that don't feel the need to nickel and dime you to death, and actually understand what it means to have customer service. They also know how to accurately count cash, which is a definite plus for a bank. LOL
