It would help if they were more honest with their customers…read more Here's what happened to us: When we went to the West County Audi dealership, we were shown a particular car's elaborate infotainment center at length, and we also conducted a test drive of the car with the salesman. After we agreed to purchase it, we were taken into the dealership, where we processed the paperwork and provided the payment. After the deal was closed, we were escorted back to the car we thought had been initially shown to us, and left the dealership for home. After we got home, we tried to access the car's infotainment center using my cell phone without success. Nothing we tried seemed to work. Finally, I emailed the salesman asking for assistance with our problem, but he never responded. I also called the dealership at one point, and they were very unhelpful, bordering on unfriendly. It wasn't until I finally took the car to a different Audi dealership, in Creve Coeur, for help did we realize the West County Audi salesman had apparently switched the car on us and that we did not actually purchase the car that had been shown to us. This was a major disappointment for several reasons, but primarily because we felt we had been cheated. The salesperson at the Creve Coeur Audi dealership readily explained how we needed to use a USB cord to connect our phones to the car which was entirely different from what the West County Audi salesman had told us. Also, the car we purchased clearly didn't have the elaborate infotainment system that had demonstrated to us so meticulously. We've purchased many new cars, and this is the first time anything like this has ever happened to us. We do not recommend that anyone buy a car from this dealership.

Last week I hit the "Request more info" button on a car I liked. I was not expecting much on a Saturday at lunch time. Imagine my surprise when about 5 minutes later, Lindsey called me and asked what she could help with. I had quite a list of questions so I simply texted them to her after our brief phone call. She mentioned that the car had just been consigned the day before so there was not a lot of info available. I texted her back the next day and she sent multiple videos she just took of the car. I said I'd like to set up a PPI. She sent me over 12 years of maintenance records and helped coordinate with the technician for the PPI since I was out of state. PPI got moved up from that Thursday to Tuesday. I wired the funds just at business close and I was driving home in the 12C the next morning. Lindsey exhibited incredible communication throughout the process. She was very prompt at responding to questions or needs. No pressure. Just an attitude of what can I do to assist in your decision. She picked me up from the airport and walked me through the features of the car very well. I would buy from RP Exotics again without hesitation.

RP exotics handled this well by opening the garage door up, playing party music, and putting out bottles of water, nice. I bought a 2009 Maserati trom them and the key was falling apart. It would crack open whenever I turned it in the ignition. Clearly this key had a rough life. I pointed it out to the salesman along with the tpms warning that was lit up. A few weeks later the car wouldn't start at all. I had it towed to the Maserati dealer where they troubleshot it down to the key/immobilizer system. It was $1,400 and RP Exotics agreed to cover it. It's been over a month, l've contacted them several times and they keep saying they're sending a check, but | haven't received it. So this is aggravating. Now they've posted some weird inaccurate response, lol. Also, I found out when the radiator froze over the winter that they also didn't out the correct antifreeze/collant ratio in, nice, so that cost me a new radiator. And they still haven't offered to fix the TPMS issue lolol.

That process always takes longer than we like, but we don't have to do it very often! We did everything that Andrew needed and then we had to wait for the finance guy. We were paying cash and were not purchasing an extended warranty that day. That didn't matter - we still had to wait and go through the process. Grant was the finance guy. He did go through everything quickly after we told him where stood on the warranty issue. He was pleasant and very efficient. I love my new vehicle! I received a complimentary car wash and multi-point inspection at no additional cost and received a printout of what I might expect to have done in the near future and what it would cost me. Prices were very reasonable. The state inspections were also very reasonable. Can't say enough about the excellent customer service!

He wasn't shopping - just a quick look around. He was approached by a salesman and he let him know he wasn't interested in talking with him and he didn't want the guy to start selling to him. But the dude didn't listen and tried to engage my husband in conversation, etc. He ended up leaving because the guy wouldn't leave him alone. We went back a week or so later to test drive a few vehicles. We got the same guy because he had approached my husband a week ago so now we have to be his customers. He got super pushy again! We were out on the lot and my husband went in and asked for a different salesman. The first one asked him why. My husband said, "I told you I didn't want to be sold and all you're doing is selling". So we got another guy. New guy wasn't pushy, but he was extremely frazzled. He was helping someone else at the same time and couldn't get it together. We test drove two vehicles and weren't ready to make a decision. We had already planned to test drive other brands. We thanked the guy and went to leave and he reminded us that it was the last day of the month. The last day of the month didn't matter to us. I know it mattered to him because of quotas and such. I did not feel it was appropriate to mention it to us. While at another dealership, we were told that Leo Payne owns dealerships in Colorado and doesn't really pay attention to this one. I don't know if it's true, but the place isn't what it used to be. We ended up not buying a Honda.
