Because our roof line is asymmetrical I challenged Issac with how we could find balance and his creative solution was to install some up lights which paid off. I ultimately decided to only have the front of our house done because our neighbors are close by and felt that would be disruptive for them. The team was ready to install 1.5 weeks later and they did a great job at keeping the cords nicely tucked away where possible and neatly tacked. Further they offered an additional service to clean the gutters for an incremental cost which we opted in for as a double whammy. One of the light mechanisms in an old factory pen lamp was screwed up more than I could decipher with a voltmeter. We called the sub and Sebastian several times with no response. Finally, months later he called back, did a site visit and offered to pay for any work needed to fix the leak and repair damaged sheetrock. When we sent him the invoice, he would never acknowledge receipt or paid the bill. After numerous attempts, he has not returned calls and emails. I called him to tell him I would write a bad review and file a claim with the CSLB. I would be concerned if you are going to use him for any work as he was not responsive even when he accepted responsibility.
