We needed to poke a hole in the garage ceiling to get the wire to it's desired location. This is tricky and the tech poked the hole in the right place in one try. Had them come out to install 5 IP cameras (because I watch too much true crime), 2 motion lights (to scare raccoons and maybe my neighbors), a ceiling fan (because it's hot and wife is dramatic), and run wires through walls like tech ninjas. We needed a 20 amp circuit installed going from the breaker box to the other end of an ADU for a mini-split. It was complicated by vaulted ceilings. They did a great job, running what they could through the attic and the rest with EMT neatly tucked under the eve. Both people that came were extremely nice and easy to talk to.
