We went a little over 10% over budget, which is just about what I expected for a project like this, and I was pleasantly surprised that we actually finished a few days early. First, my shower drain had gone from "slow" to "stop" and with company in town I certainly didn't want us all sharing a bathroom. Second, an outside spigot was continuously running and sending my water bill into the triple-digits. After being stood-up by another handyman, James and his crew came out on a snowy night and worked overtime to efficiently correct both problems. They were courteous, communicative, and happy to share a few "pro tips" that we'll employ next time we have a serious bathroom drain clog. We will need to separately patch the hole in the drywall that was required to repair the outside spigot, but that's a small job and worth the effort given the responsiveness and affordability of 007 Handyman.
