My car was totaled after an unfortunate accident. Thankfully, everybody involved was spared from any harm. As I had absolutely no patience to face car shopping and the excruciating negotiation process that comes with it, JM Lexus was the perfect choice to meet my needs. They really do live up to their claims: NO DEALER FEE. ONE PRICE UPFRONT. THE BEST PRICE. ONE POINT OF CONTACT. Ryan W. was great! Working with him was so smooth and totally worth the long, looong drive from Miami. Communication flowed very well and on the day I had to pick up the car, it was ready and waiting all squeaky clean and shiny. We even took a picture with that really big red bow! I love my purchase and am pleased with the service I received here.

Another stellar visit to jam lexus in margate! This has to be the classiest car dealership around, from the beautiful cars, to Joe S in service and sales, and to Jody i met for the first time today.Taking down all the information regarding our car that we are leaving there. They gave us a beautiful white Lexus SUV to take home to keep till our car is totally fixed! YAY!!!

Interesting experience this morning at JM Lexus very different than my other visits here. Purchased a couple Lexus vehicles here in the past with excellent service and no mechanical issues. Came here today with my brother to possibly purchase another Lexus. Its either going to be a Lexus or an Infinity. Took a stroll through the showroom bursting at the seams with new Lexus vehicles. We passed by a plethora of staff who were huddling together chatting or sitting at their desks without clients. Continued our walk of shame through the showroom to almost the opposite end still without any salesperson interaction - to say the least it was comical. We were ready to walk out, then an odd thing happened, a man (possibly a manager or a team leader) appeared and asked if he could assist us with a representative. My brother informed him that we just walked by several employees without contact. Within minutes, a salesman named German, who had good personality and a charismatic smile searched the database for a Lexus suv. No deals today at Lexus whether a purchase or lease at 7.5% interest rate. Best price given so negotiations are now prohibited. Great looking vehicles at high prices. They offer massage chairs in the service center waiting area which is a nice touch. The initial void with customer service today dropped the five star rating to a four, which is not common for Lexus based on my prior experiences.

    Missing felt insert

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned ES350. I was skeptical of the 'no dealer fee' pricing policy they advertised, but was impressed to find out that it actually was straight forward. When I bought the car the JM sales guy, Alex, agreed to take care of a few minor items that needed attention and added them to the sales agreement. One of the items was replacing the felt insert in the bottom of a back door handle that was just missing. It was quite obvious and noticeable, so I was a little surprised that they missed it and put the car on the line for sale without taking care of it. I actually thought it was kind of embarrassing for them. I dropped the car off a week or so later for them to take care of the items we had discussed and they agreed to take care of. Everything they fixed looked great. However when I got on the highway going home I noticed the vibration from the front wheels was still there, so there was still an issue with front wheel balance that I had exchanged emails with Alex about. Then when I got home I realized that the felt insert for the rear door handle was still missing. I asked Alex about this and was told that he could order the part for me.. at a cost of $11.00 I questioned him about charging me for a part that he said he would get for me as part of our deal when I bought the car. He told me I would have to pay for it, blatantly reneging on our agreement. I was utterly flabbergasted with the lack of integrity, amazed that he wouldn't honor the deal we made, and couldn't believe he would alienated a new customer.. for an $11.00 part!! As I told Alex, that has to be the single worst business decision I've ever seen someone make! Not to mention he completely torpedoed the trust and respect that I had for him, and in turn the JM dealership. It obviously wasn't about the money.. but a matter of principle! Whether it was an $11 part, or an $1100 part, if you commit to getting one for a customer.. you really need to honor that commitment. After several contentious emails he relented and agreed to send me the part. It took a few weeks, and for some reason it didn't show up a couple times after it was supposedly mailed out, but I eventually got it. I also asked him about the front tire balance. He sent me a copy of an internal work order showing that it had (supposedly) been done as part of the certified pre-owned process, and told me I could drop it off to have the balance checked but I would be charged for any work that was done. He was adamant that the tires were not out of balance.. because his internal documents said so. Forget the pesky little detail.. that there was a vibration in the car. It must be ok since his paperwork said so. Maybe it was a figment of my imagination. I was tired of dealing with him, and quite frankly the bullsh*t and aggravation.. so I took the car to a local tire shop and had the front tires balanced. The problem (that Alex insisted I didn't have) was solved, the vibration was gone. $100 out of my pocket. I emailed that info to Alex, he said it was "terrific". Bottom line.. Alex / JM reneged on their agreement to replace a missing $11.00 part. For that and $100.00 worth of tire balancing (that Alex / JM insisted had been correctly done and therefore was unnecessary) this dealership lost my trust.. and my business. Well done Alex, very impressive!! Great reflection of JM! Alex and several other JM staff members told me multiple times about what great friends they were going to be. They'd definitely be keeping in touch, I'd be inundated with their calls and emails. Well that didn't happen either. I had to contact upper management and go through their finance people to get the info on extended warrantees that Alex was supposed to send me. And surprisingly enough, I never got the customer satisfaction survey either. Maybe if you don't send one to anyone that may have a had less than 5 star experience, you get more 5 star ratings?

I hope this review reaches the CEO of Lexus. I had the BEST experience i've ever had buying a car. First contact I made was with Camille over the phone, as I lived an hour and a half north of the dealership. She was prompt in getting information for me about the car I was interested in, and even had someone send me more pictures of it right away. Her communication was excellent. Then I was in touch with Andrew, who is the BEST car salesman I have EVER met. He was HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE, QUICK, and made the entire process so easy. He had the car ready to go when we got there, and let me drive the car. He was not pushy at all, like some salesman can be. I will never go to another dealership besides JM Lexus. Although I bought a used Mazda from them (which I LOVE), I can definitely say my next vehicle may be a Lexus, because of how amazing the experience was. No haggling, no adding on extra prices, no BS. Also they do not have dealer fees which saved me THOUSANDS. My car is BEAUTIFUL and honestly the price was the best around. I am recommending everyone go to this dealership and specifically Camille and Andrew. I am THRILLED with my car and the service I experienced at this dealership. The hour and a half drive was SO worth it!!! Ashleigh

    My new Camry so beautiful.

The most amazing dale Salesman , Max Bayard is top notch , he has everything ready , guide us through all the paperwork. Took care of everything to make it easy and hassle free., we drove out with our new car.. very very happy. Daniell front desk was wonderful with guide us to the right salesman.

The Best Car-Buying Experience We've Ever Had!…read more We recently purchased a vehicle from Lou Bachrodt Pompano Beach Chevrolet and I can honestly say this was the greatest car-buying experience we've ever had. Our sales consultant, Rory, was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, he actually listened to what we were looking for.. Bill in the finance department was also an incredible asset to the dealership. He thoroughly explained every step of the financing process, answered all of our questions, and worked hard to find us the best available rate. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was friendly and welcoming. The quality of their vehicles is excellent, and they have a great variety of quality used cars on the lot. If you don't see exactly what you're looking for, they will more than likely be able to source the right vehicle for you in a timely manner. We are extremely happy with the vehicle we purchased. Even though it's a used vehicle, it looks and feels like a brand-new vehicle! I highly recommend Lou Bachrodt Automotive Group, and I especially recommend Rory. If you're in the market for a vehicle, ask for Rory when you walk through the door -- you will not be disappointed! Thank you to Hugh's team and especially Rory and Bill, for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive and seemless experience!

The moment the sale was completed, accountability disappeared…read more I spent approximately five and a half hours at Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet Pompano Beach purchasing a used 2026 Volkswagen Atlas. The experience during the sale was initially pleasant, which makes everything that followed even more disappointing. Before leaving the dealership, I specifically pointed out a white substance or heavy residue embedded around the second-row climate-control panel. My salesperson, Jayden Francis, returned the vehicle to detailing for another attempt to clean it. The dealership's detailers could not remove it. I was then told that I might try using an acid or similar product myself. That suggestion alone was astonishing. I had just purchased a 2026 vehicle and was being encouraged to experiment with a harsh chemical because the dealership's own employees could not restore the interior panel. When I got home and properly examined the vehicle, I discovered that the condition was not merely cosmetic. The climate-control buttons were stuck or partially depressed and caused the system to increase and decrease settings without user input. Both rear USB-C ports were completely nonfunctional. The 115-volt outlet was inaccessible because its panel would not properly open. I notified the dealership immediately. My detailed email explained that the condition existed before delivery, was raised before I left, and had already been the subject of an unsuccessful detailing attempt. Rather than receiving a telephone call or substantive written response from an authorized manager, I was told that this was a service-related issue. That is an evasion, not a resolution. Of course a technician may need to diagnose the components. The actual dispute, however, concerns why the dealership delivered a vehicle with a condition it knew existed, who will authorize and pay for the complete correction, whether the contaminated trim will be replaced, and what transportation will be provided while the vehicle is unavailable. Those are sales and management decisions. The closing documents created an additional nightmare. The finance manager offered to place my documents on a USB drive rather than print them. I accepted. The drive displayed 15 filenames, but numerous files were unusable or empty. The dealership later emailed two PDF packets, but those packets included only a limited selection of the documents and did not reproduce most of the USB directory. Among the documents I did not receive in usable form were the final Buyers Guide, Buyer's Order, We Owe form, separately identified arbitration addendum, privacy notice, insurance affidavit, payoff authorization, and other transaction records. The documents that were supplied then raised even more questions. My installment contract requires 77 monthly payments, but the separate $1,200 GAP document says the finance and GAP terms are 72 months. The available papers also show different vehicle and cash-price figures that I cannot completely reconcile without the missing Buyer's Order. There were other issues too. The vehicle had pre-existing bumper scratches. A $250 repaint arrangement was discussed before I left, although I believe the dealership should have covered the entire repair. The vehicle came without floor mats, without a physical owner's manual, and with only one key. I am not claiming that every employee intentionally caused these problems. I am describing the result: a recently purchased vehicle with immediately discovered functional defects, incomplete and unusable transaction records, inconsistent contractual terms, and management personnel who have not provided a complete response. Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet was very efficient when it wanted my signature. It has been remarkably inefficient when asked to stand behind the vehicle and explain the paperwork. I strongly recommend that prospective buyers independently inspect every feature before signing, demand printed copies of every document, compare the term of every optional product against the financing term, and refuse to leave until every promise is written into the Buyer's Order or We Owe form. Based on my experience, I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

When my wife and I arrived, we saw a salesman immediately come to approach us as expected. However, instead of getting a shark, we were approached by Phillip. Not only was Phillip kind, he was informative and dedicated. And it went beyond that. The entire staff at this dealership couldn't be more kind and accommodating. It was like going to a relative's house for an occasion. All that was missing was the hugging and kissing. They all recognized the importance of getting a person behind the wheel of a great vehicle. And to add to this, we came back the send day to discuss the possibility of making a deal and we brought our daughter who was shopping for a vehicle as well. Imagine the feeling when your daughter gets smitten with a car and now the dilemma of considering 2 vehicles becomes a nightmare. Coconut Creek Mazda seemed to have a "Help Dad" procedure that helps prevent heart-attacks. Upon arrival, Nina informed me that the appointment wasn't actually for service, but merely to write up the service order, and that it could take up to 45 minutes just to bring the car in. She immediately had an attitude, as if it were my fault for asking a reasonable question. That raises the question--why bother making an appointment at all? After 45 minutes passed, and then even at the 1 hour and 15 minute mark, I was told they were still looking for the leak. However, when I went downstairs, I saw them just bringing the car in. At that point, it was clear I had been misled. When I pointed this out to Nina, she seemed caught off guard and didn't respond professionally. Instead, she walked away and brought over the service manager. The service manager, Daniel, offered a loaner car, which completely missed the point. This was supposed to be a simple tire repair, and by then I had already been waiting 80 minutes--with an appointment. Offering a loaner at that stage was not a solution, just an inconvenience. Despite this, he continued to push the idea. Eventually, I received my car back after about 90 minutes, along with yet another display of poor attitude. It's also worth noting that Nina avoided further interaction after being called out for giving inaccurate information. After doing some research, I found numerous negative reviews about the service department at Coconut Creek Mazda, which unfortunately aligns with my experience. This will be the last time I bring my vehicle there. I also made it clear to Nina and Daniel that I would be sharing this review, and their response was essentially dismissive. My recommendation: avoid having your vehicle serviced at Coconut Creek Mazda. There are plenty of other places that will treat you with respect and provide quality service. Coconut Creek Mazda please consider me divorced for this dysfunctional family.
