I was staying at a nearby campground when I had an issue with my jacks, the folks at the front office recommended JM so I called. I spoke with Jordan over the phone and he actually walked me through his to fix the issue myself. Called to see if they could come look at my camper, here in Gadsden. I had a leak and asked what's the most it could cost to fix and he said probably $450. I said okay. He said I'll be tere in the morning. Im going on a trip next week. He came looked at it said he had to go get the part he didn't have what he needed on him. Came back 4 hours later. Said he went to lunch and service was slow. Spent 30 min in camper. Said he had to replace toilet water valve kit. I said ok thank you. He said that'll be $450. I said how much was the valve $50. I had no choice but to pay it. I looked up a the valve on line and it was $15. NEVER AGAIN! read more

Save yourself some time This guy and I have been communicating for about a month. He came out once for a short period of time and diagnosed my problem and left. Not to be seen again. He said he had the part to fix my RV and he would be at my house to put it in. Still haven't seen him and probably wont. He is not reliable and certainly not dependable. This guy is a rock star! Diesel RV broke down in Tuscaloosa AL late on a Friday. It was before 5 pm but local diesel repair shops were not helpful, didn't want to work on an RV, and we couldn't wait until Monday to get back on the road. Called JM on Saturday morning. He was located two hours away but worked with us to take pictures of our engine to send to him and work through what the problem might be so he could bring parts with him. Narrowed down the problem to the governor on the engine compressor that inflates the air bags and brakes. Despite already having several other jobs ahead of us that day he showed up Saturday night and replaced the broken part in about 20 minutes. It's clear this guy knows diesel engines better than my local Freightliner/Cummins repair shop. For coming from two hours away and working on a diesel RV engine on the roadside on a weekend, his price was incredibly reasonable. I wish I lived closer to his shop so he could do all my RV engine work. Total lifesaver!!! read more
