EXCUSES AND LIES!! If I could give 0 stars, I would!! With…read more"the report", I received 22 pics...22 pics with no explanation. So, if I paid $800, I would have gotten an official report on "Home Gauge" with over 200 pages and 600+ photos. So, my measly $300 got me 2 SENTENTCES AND 22 PICS!! I'm a math teacher and something ain't mathing! Also, remember...no official report on "Home Gauge" ...just the very brief email. I sure did receive the official email with the official contract and the official website to make payment. I also had questions about 3 of the 22 pics that I received. Not one response...Not one. I went back to the contract that I signed, which led me to making the following formal request on Friday morning May 1st to Southern RV Lifestyles. On May 2 at 11:32 PM, I received an email with access to my report with a note added that was uncalled for. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? All I wanted was my report in accordance with our contract. The couple wrote that I "pleaded" for inspection...really? However, I did have to plead for my formal written partial inspection report. Southern RV Lifestyles has given me no "peace of mind" ...only frustration, headache and regret. I find the AI comments from both Mr. and Mrs. Carter unnecessary and uncalled for. I wanted to make sure my request came across professional. The couple also mention "kindness" ...is this what kindness looks like these days? You or your company being "dinged" or "red flagged" for a partial inspection should not be a concern for your client/customer. To bring it up is unprofessional. If you didn't want the job, you shouldn't have taken it or my money. They also stated "You can't be kind to unkind people." I AGREE WITH YOU THERE!! The contract that I signed stated there if there were any issues with the inspection, I had 7 days to make a request in writing. That's exactly what I did, and it was professional. I was quoted $100 flat rate which was very reasonable considering a local shop quoted me $85 just for the tow to their shop. Matt arrived at my home at the specified time. He was able to back the broken spark plug out without damaging cylinder or the engine. He allowed me to watch his progress and answered all of my questions while he completed the job! I would definitely recommend Wade's Way and Matt for any job and I will be using him again when I need a professional, mobile, auto technician to repair my vehicle. Thanks Matt!
