MIke switched my oem carburetor out with an off market Japanese carburetor unwittingly to me and he charged me $250$ for the repairs. I could never figure out why the carburetor kept leaking gas not until I had it taken off and realized mike never put my carburetor oem Polaris on my ATV. mike kept my oem Polaris carburetor. I texted mike and and told him I had discovered his duplicity, deceitfulness and theft. please put hidden markings on your parts before allowing Mike to work on your motorcycles or atvs. He appears to be very nice but he is not trustworthy. If you have to sit outside with him while Mike work on your vehicle please do that!!! Mike told me that many times when customers order OEM parts the manufacturer will send an aftermarket part, which I know is not true. We had high hopes for this company. I'll start by saying that Scott was kind and genuinely…read moredetermined to get our cars fixed. He made multiple visits over five days to work on both vehicles, and his effort was appreciated. On the last visit, the owner came along with another technician, Nathen, who we were told had experience at Honda. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. It quickly became clear that Scott was sent out before he was properly trained. He did his best, but several mistakes were made -- one being a wheel bearing replacement that never should have been done. Over a year later, we're still dealing with the consequences of that unnecessary repair. After his visits, our Honda (which only needed basic brake work) completely stopped running within a week. Discount Tire later found a large wrench left under the hood -- just one example of the sloppy workmanship we experienced. Communication was also a mess. We were quoted several different totals for the same job, told to hold off paying until a part arrived, and then suddenly threatened with vehicle towing for "non-payment." I kept records of every message because the company didn't. Adding to all this, the owner and Nathen displayed very unprofessional behavior while on their visit which I got a front row seat too thanks to the open bedroom window. Without going into unnecessary detail, let's just say Nathen was more focused on our back house neighbor and the possibility of some certain types of films playing out in real life...than on the job they were there for and hired to do. The takeaway: do not send untrained techs on jobs just because you're getting a lot of calls. You're risking customers' safety and trust. For anyone reading this -- a useful tip: if you've paid at least 10% of what's owed, a mobile mechanic cannot legally repossess or tow your vehicle. Know your rights. We paid well over that amount and plenty more afterward due to their mistakes.

First off, this place is so clean and neat, it's just spotless. The people working here are all very polite and nice (I spoke to Ricardo, Constanza and Luis) and they are all very pleasant and friendly. They kept their promise of repairing and not replacing the bumper although after opening the bumper they found out that replacing it would be a lot easier and more sensible than repair, but they kept their promise and repaired it. The end result just looked fabulous. It's certainly not a cheap place but their prices are a lot better than the dealership for the same or maybe even better quality of work. I have had one experience here and the experience was a five star one, and I will definitely go back if I am in the area and need a car service.

One week passes and I finally PM the owner. It turns out the owner was out of country on vacation. I wish Ricardo would have just said so. People don't know how to manage expectations. Luis was more cordial, told me that they don't really specialize in "old" cars and said they would charge like $1000+ to do it (which seemed ludicrous). Anyway, he referred me to Shine Mobile Auto that apparently details all of their vehicles. Unfortunately, I had mixed results with their detailer, which I'll cover in a separate post. At the end of the day, I wasn't terribly impressed with how they run their business and their referral didn't keep his promises, so I can't say that I had a positive experience.
