After install he explained how to clean it out and what to do with septic tank to help it last a little longer with regular use.

The problem is they damaged my driveway and now refuse to pay for the repair. Long story: Months ago I damaged the edge of my 200ft driveway closest to the septic tank by driving off the back edge causing a crack approximately 18" long with my full size pickup. When we scheduled our latest septic service we asked that the driver bring pads or mats fearing the truck may have to drive off the same area to get close to our tank. The scheduler said they would make a note and notify the driver. When the driver arrived he backed down our driveway and as he adjusted the truck in the position he wanted the front wheels went over the edge in 4 spots causing major cracks to the side of the driveway more than 50ft from the area I was concerned about, due to the weight. After the service, and once the truck was moved I noticed the damage and notified the driver, "Abe" who stated he was "the one who always breaks stuff". He acknowledge the damage, took photos and wrote it on the invoice at my request. He forwarded the photos to the office. Now after several emails and phone calls, Abe is saying he merely drove over an already damaged area. This is completely false and they continue to argue about having to pay for the repair. Beware. I called my usual company that has drained the…read moretank before, but the guy said all looked OK and that if draining the 1st tank didn't work, he didn't know what the problem was, and they don't repair anything anyway. The alarm light was still on the next morning so I called Randanella who diagnosed the issue immediately by the description I gave. Mr Randanella and team arrived quickly, opened the second tank lid, and showed me the oil slick, indicating my pump was bad. Mr Randanella replaced the 26 yr old pump quickly and all is fine now. Alarm is off. Toilet odor is gone. Wife is happy too [happy wife = happy life]. Highly recommend Randanella.

Without even scoping the drain or looking for a cleanout to potentially mitigate, the plumber quoted me just shy of $11,000 to replace the entire line. I'm not a plumber, but I'm not an idiot either. I don't panic, and I don't believe people who prey on your panic. TJ from Drainvisions came out, partially cleaned my line and made plans to come back out after I could secure a better access point (old house with weird plumbing). Came back out, gave it hell, but still couldn't get cleared. He was unhappier than me about it. Came back out again same day after we were able to locate a curbside cleanout for proper access to the line. I was his first appointment that day, so I knew exactly how long his day was, and totally would've been amenable to the next day instead, but he was determined. Together with his coworker, after a 12+ hour day, they came back at almost 9 pm and got it done, pulling out a clog that I've never seen the likes of: 3.5 feet of root and hair ( property was previously a small salon). He saved me thousands of dollars. I couldn't be happier with the level of service, honesty and dedication. The job was done exactly as stated in the quote and when they left not a thing was out of place. No sign of digging every thing was cleaned up and I had a functioning system. The floor /carpet was continuously was wet on the outside of the bathroom every time we showered. He came , drilled a hole in my wall and told me that his findings were that the leak came from my shower stall , and it's not in his scope of works to fix that. He charged us $266.56 for the service visit and left . I was never told about the service visit fee when I called requesting his service , and I had not asked , I guess because I was desperate We put a towel to catch the so called leak , but the towel remained dry, and floor continued to get wet everytime we showered. Eventually, my husband and I decided to rehab the bathroom stall and when the contractors came out to look at the work to be done they identified that the leak was actually from the bathtub waste over flow drain lever trip face plate. It was rotted and because of that the water was spilling over. They found it through the very same hole in the wall that Dan made. I have called and texted Dan several times , even providing him with pics of the findings . His response was very blasé the time we spoke and I reminded him that I paid him over $266.56 to find the problem and fix it and he told us the wrong thing. I gave him more than enough time to respond, and to find a solution to this problem , and I've gotten no response. I cannot wait for my ceiling to cave in and I have no choice but to reach out to someone else to have this fixed. Buyer beware this individual may charge you high fees for nothing.
