My first time taking my car here so far pleased was greeted promptly by a very nice front desk lady asked what packaged I wanted the prices are pretty clear as far what its included wth each. Told me where to go pay, with this crazy heat the fact that they have a nice air conditioned waiting room is GREAT! Im happy that it's %100 hand wash was looking for a place like that to wash my new car didn't want to put it through a machine. Very detail work mainly outside yes inside mainly dust off ( it does say that dust off in price sign) so I guess if you want detail inside you have to get a package that includes that. Will return it does take longer than your average car wash but I'm ok with that if it means good work and % 100 hand wash also it might take a little longer as well b/c we have to remember we are not the only ones there! So Does anyone have a Subaru car mat that seems smaller than usual and got their car washed on March 31 2019 in the afternoon? It's prolly not yours and I have yours. I am a frequent customer of this car wash facility. I have multiple vehicles and take them all to get washed here. Unfortunately the last two times I have gone I have not been a happy customer. Especially with my experience last week. Once I left I noticed my windshield had grime all over it and the bird poop was still all over my grill and tip of the hood. There were black grease marks on my leather seats which was not previously there and there was a distinct b.o lingering in my car. I tried to call the company to notify them to insure the employee would do a better job for the next customers, so they wouldn't be as disappointed as I was. I called a total of 5 times but the staff failed to answer. The only positive thing about my last visit was the lady who helped me in the beginning she was a sweetheart. read more

I can honestly say this place does a great job in washing my car. I prefer hand washing over conventional drive in car wash. I drive a black car so swirl marks is always hard to avoid. I am giving this place a 3 star because, last visit I notice one of the staff was cleaning out one dirty soap bucket, THEN he threw down the wash mitts onto the cement floor! Not a lot of people know but that will pick up dirt and rocks from the floor causing swirl marks on your car paint. Made me cringe, but luckily my car was not being washed by that staff. BUT certainly made me think twice. Other then that, they do a good job. read more

I've been to JN Car Wash many times in the past. They do a good job and the price point is very good. My last time there though I felt extremely discriminated against, to the point that I don't think I'll ever go back. I got there with my husband and two kids. I have a minivan with two car seats. It did not look like they were too busy, so I got in line and started undoing the car seats. The owner came over and did not seem very happy or friendly. Almost like he did not want to take us in. My husband asked if they could wash our car, and he said yes, but with a bad attitude. I proceeded to take my car seats out of the car, and got my kids out, plus a bunch of other stuff. The owner seemed to grow increasingly annoyed with us and he asked to see the back of our car. So I opened the back door for him and he immediately said they could not do our car because it was too big. The back of the car was not particularly dirty, it just needed vacuuming. But he clearly did not want to deal with us. I told him that I've been there many times in the past and that he's seen my car before. He then told me that he remembers me, and then he rudely walked away saying that they were too busy. Why did he not say that before I went through the trouble of unloading my car seats and getting my children and my stuff out? Not sure. I don't really know what I did to this guy. I am always happy to pay extra for a car wash due to the size of my car. Maybe he does not like that I always have my children with me, and maybe he does not like to have happy children coloring in his dingy little waiting room, and that's fine with me. We ended up going to the car wash on Arroyo in Pasadena, which does not get raving reviews, yet they get the job done without discriminating against families with minivans and small children. JN, you can keep catering to luxury cars and adults with no children. read more

When I pulled up to get my car washed, the manager/service guy asked me what I wanted done, I told him I wanted a regular was, (he then told me, not asked) "you need more then a regular was, your car looks pretty dirty, and with the $50 packages we can dress your tires & seats for you." I told him no, I don't want that package, i came here for a reg wash only, and the last time I was here, my car still had dirt on the Windows. I then told him I could just go to the DelMar car wash where I usually go for a reg wash for $15 dollars, he then said, " go there if you get a deal." Really, a Deal?? I thought that was the going rate for a reg wash. I then grabbed my keys from him and started to leave. As I was leaving he yelled out, "you complain about dirt on your windows, you just complain. Really? What kind of service is that... He is going to learn the hard way about running a business. The guys a jerk. First off, my car is a 2013 Mini Cooper, it super clean with a few strains of white dog hair, not a junky car. Don't wast your time with this place, lots of other places that'd love your business. read more

These guys are thorough! And I really like the fact that everyone is very nice. No matter how embarrassed I am by my filthy Mommy mobile they don't judge me. The car goes through several stations and comes out squeaky clean. My husband and I love this spot. It's not the cheapest we can find but it's the best quality and that more important to me. Came into This place because i drove past it on Colorado. My car was a mess from the inside my dog left paw marks on the seat. It was not busy At all when I showed up. When I got my car back it was exactly the same as when I brought it in. 17$ for wash And 5$ tip And 10$ to purchase cleaning stuff to clean the inside myself. Rip off, never coming back. read more

Nope. I had been coming to this place for a few years. Never again. Today I came in to get a package #2 which is $17. The guy gave me my ticket and I went to pay and then he called me back and suddenly he could only wash my car if I payed $40 and wanted to wait for an hour. Now, my car is a bit dusty but no dirtier than it has EVER been when coming here in the past. That's the point of a car wash. The manager basically refused me service because I told him I was fine with the way it had always been done and no I didn't want to pay more and wait longer. I then realized that something fishy was happening and that the place was under new management - none of the usual friendly guys were working on the other two cars being washed and I realized the manager guy was unfamiliar looking to me too. This place is a scam. Not half as busy as it usually is on a weekend afternoon and now I see why. Don't bother. read more

My boyfriend took my car to get wash at JN carwash. I was impress on how clean they left it. I have an English bulldog that sheds a lot of hair and have taken to different carwash but never seen a difference after the wash. JN carwash took their time cleaning the inside and out. I wish I had a good experience like everyone else but unfortunately it was not a good experience. I got the $65 package which they're supposed to clean my dashboard but its like they didn't even touch it. A $65 wash looks like a regular wash. I wouldn't care if I didnt spend that much expecting a good job. On top of that they forgot my mats and when I was asked which scent, they forgot to spray. Very disappointing read more
