I recently had a disappointing experience at another detailing shop where they failed to properly clean my car after a rather unfortunate incident in the passenger seat. There was a lingering smell of vomit in my car that was absolutely unbearable, and to my shock, they left pieces of it in the cracks and crevices of the seat. I had the VIP package (Wash, interior vacuum & wipe down, full car wax/sealant, windows, wheels & tires) + clay bar done on my Mazda 3 hatchback. During the detail, Harry noticed some damage on the roof (From my previous removal of sun damaged vinyl). He went beyond and offered to help me try to correct it with some polishing and did not want to charge me for it. I always hand wash my car myself because my OCD does not like swirls and scratches. Although I requested a simple car wash, Harry spent about 1.5 hours meticously washing and cleaning every square inch of each of my cars.
