Went as a walk-in right when they opened and there was only one person ahead of me. I ended up getting an unplanned pedicure ($20) while I waited. I needed a full acrylic set ($50 pink/white ombre)and Luis was my nail tech. I showed him a pic of what I wanted and he was able to make it somewhat similar. The end result looks nice in pics but up close you can see some flaws. 1) the accent nail where I wanted full glitter on had some bare spots especially on the sides and close to the bottom 2) you can see brush strokes on the clear gel topcoat he applied on some nails 3)he was super rough while handling my nails, and filed too far into the sides (i can see the side of the nail bed where my natural nails sit) Overall the end result is just ok. It's not completely bad but it wasn't something to brag about. Still on the hunt for my "go-to" nail tech. read more

I am usually not one to complain often but this takes the cake. I know Covid has had everything locked down and this was the first nail shop to reopen in the county I believe, but I'm beyond frustrated with the whole set. I came here for a full set. Paid $60 and tipped $10 to the young lady in the very first chair in the store to do my set. Not even 4 days later, they began to feel weak as if they would pop off any minute. Day 5, 3 of them began to lift from the base and look as if they were already 2 weeks old. Paying this amount of money for an ombré set was ok to me but co soldering they aren't even lasting a week is beyond aggravating. Please practice application and preparation process. read more

Have been going here for over 2 years. The past owner passed away then had another great owner. Now.... it's under new ownership. No prices were around at all like the previous owners. I asked for my spa pedicure and the lady did a sub par job. Nothing like it used to be. Didn't wrap my feet before scrubbing them. All the gel on my feet stuck to the towel. A girl who did my gel nails manicure didn't do a good job...she kept using her nails to take off nail polish on my nails if she got it on my skin instead using a nail tool. So it doesn't have clean lines (noticed it when I got home) I couldn't wash my hands during the manicure and the only massage was putting cuticle oil on my hands.... She did my manicure while I was getting a pedicure done. Made it awkward. Both girls did a short job. Took about 35 mins for pedicure and gel manicure. Also prices went up alot. Im sure they did their best but being a regular there I definitely had better with all the previous employees. Spent $60 ($5 tip) for a spa pedicure which felt like basic and a gel manicure. Definitely not going back. Update: gel nails literally peeled right off 6 days later. They are not supposed to do that. read more

I've been coming here for over a year now. I've noticed some new faces due to the fact that they are under a new management. Luckily, my go-to girl Lynn is still there. I came in yesterday and brought my mom with me. My mom wanted to get acrylic and I recommended Lynn. I just wanted gel so they ended up having Luis do my nails. He was quite rough with my hands and he filed the edge of nails way to much to the point where it hurt. There are some flaws when you look closely. I also walked out of the nail salon with cuts because he literally buffed the edges of my skin with the tools. I was hoping he would notice that I was bleeding but I guess he didn't. I was screaming in the inside when he sprayed alcohol on them afterwards. He is super nice but I definitely won't be having him do my nails again. read more

They were very busy but the owner communicated that with me and she was very friendly. I got a pedicure by one of the only male employees there. He did a great job. I got my nails done by the owner, I believe, and she did a great nail overlay for me. She made sure I liked what I got, every step of the way. I recently moved from the Bay Area and was looking for a new sail salon since I get acrylics on a regular. I stepped in with my sister yesterday got two pedicures and my full set I was actually really happy with the service. I was so happy with the services I decided to bring my mom today to get hers done. The door is wide open and we step in there were 5 employees sitting not doing anything. Asked if we could get one pedicure, one of them said wait as she walked up to the counter and said we have one appointment so we can't help you come back later. I was extremely confused because there were 5 employees for one appointment? It was very disappointing since I liked their service yesterday but customer service for me is a huge factor since that is the majority of my job. Update: no sign on the doors about no walk-ins as yesterday I was a walk-in based on some other posts they are "walk-in" only. I'm sad to say I won't be coming back here after the recent visit I had! I used to really like this place and I've been consistently coming here but I've noticed a visible decline in quality. A short baldish guy (not Tony) did a mani/pedi and did a horrible job. French tip on the pedicure was uneven and he wasn't taking his time/showing much care or attention to the job he was doing. Also, due to a miscommunication error (which I don't blame him too much for since I'm partly at fault) he gave me a gel acrylic manicure set when I just wanted a regular acrylic set done. There was no confirmation and I ended up paying 60 DOLLARS- which under normal circumstances I would never have paid. Even with paying that much for nails they turned out worse than previous visits where I've paid significantly less! I know we've all had miscommunication errors and tend to nod whenever someone says something either we don't understand or not hear. Then again, even with the hefty bill the nails were cut unevenly and he painted them totally unevenly for my pedicure. I rarely give 1 stars and I don't think I've ever gone from a 5 star experience to a 1 star review on yelp but it was truly earned. I hope they change but I won't stick around to see if they do. PLEASE AVOID THIS GUY, if you absolutely must go here, go to one of the ladies at least! read more

I usually bust a trip all the way to the Bay Area where my nail tech is at whom I've been going to for 7 years. I have feet that really take a beating every day as I teach 6 Aqua Aerobics classes a week at In Shape Gyms. They do a decent job, but customer service is lacking.. I was rushed to pick a color and I never really feel welcome. The girl who actually did my nails was very sweet though. Ultimately I felt like another $ opportunity, but as long as my nails look okay I can dig it. Honestly have only been here twice. Both times were great! I called ahead of time to see if they had time for me to get a pedicure and once I got there I was serviced immediately and got a deluxe pedicure. They put in a lot of time and don't rush unlike other salons. They make sure that the color is okay before they polish all your nails too, on top of that polish was neat and clean. As soon as I walked in I noticed it looked slightly different and the staff was different. I just needed a gel pedicure. I looked on yelp and was slightly concerned since the recent reviews have been bad. I had Mimi for my pedicure & she did a great job. They add pedi liners now and for $35 (they also have the same menu as before) you get the same nail trim, foot scrubbing, lotion, massage, gel color, etc. Today is day 3 and my toes still look great, I don't have any complaints and will go back to Mimi. read more

Fantastic pedicures!! I've been to a lot of nail salons in the bay area as I'm originally from there. Moved out here and was afraid to try new salons. (I'm afraid of getting cuts, I have very thin skin) but this place did not cut me and did a wonderful job for my gel mani and gel pedi, $70 total. The massage was the highlight for me as usually when I get pedicures the massages don't last very long or kinda half assed.
