She refused to match a price so I tried to return my unused clippers and was told the new policy says they don't take clippers back. I called corporate and they apologized for the trouble and said they'd call the store and tell the manager to accept my return as long as they weren't used. Renee then told me that she still wouldn't return because they were used!!! Complete bullshit!!! I never even opened the box!!!! Corporate sent me to another store to return since she refuses to accept them. She is the worst kind of person and certainly shouldn't be a manager working in the customer service industry.
