We got home and my husband discovered they had a thin strip of burl wood on the outside, but I can't say much as they were so low in price and the look is still there. I called, they refused to do split delivery and were holding 2 of my items (a nightstand and a dresser) until a bedframe shipped from overseas. Late January rolls around, Bedframe is actually here! Wow yay it's not April yet, later than I initially thought but this is ok! Wrong. We scheduled a delivery time and I took all my old bedroom furniture out of my room and took off work to meet the delivery guy. But no one shows up. Weird? I call Pottery Barn, they say delivery should never have been scheduled because they'll only deliver once an entire order can be delivered, and 1 of our items is missing. Yeah yeah the bedframe I know, but I got a notification that it came in and we could schedule delivery now? Turns out the bedframe is there now - but the nightstand (that has been there since October) is MISSING. What?? PB said they'll do some digging and get back to me. 2 days later.... no one got back to me so I called again. Nice lady tracks the nightstand to a different warehouse and said give us 7-10 days then we'll reschedule your delivery. 10 days pass ...... crickets. I call again. Different nice lady tracks it down and gives me the exact same answer - at a different warehouse, give us 7-10 days. At this point I said no thanks just cancel the order. They said so sorry, we'll give you a discount on your upcoming PBK order (a separate order scheduled to come in March). I said thank you, that's the least you can do. Now it gets worse...... are you ready? Nice PB lady #1 put some notes in my profile about how PBK needs to give us a discount for this whole ordeal. Nice PB lady #2 adds more notes to my profile reiterating yes, these people need a discount. PB lady #2 gives me the phone number for PBK and says call them, they'll get you sorted and make it right. I call...... PBK says sorry, we can't give you a discount. PB is a "separate company" and can't do that. I said ok F you guys, cancel this order too I'm just. They say great, we'll give you a $4K PB credit! I said no, that's unacceptable I want a full refund to my credit card. They say ok we can give you a partial refund, you'll still have to pay the shipping costs (despite the fact that my order hasn't shipped yet). I took this all the way up through multiple managers and never could get my shipping costs refunded. Long story short: I almost spent $10K at this company in a 6 month period. Now they will never get a dime from me. Hope the $400 they kept for my "shipping costs" was worth it for losing a lifetime customer. Don't order from PB or PBK. Don't make the mistakes I did.

It's not very big compared to others I've been in, so I feel their supplies are a bit limited. I mostly do watercolor and their selection is definitely smaller than other places. They also only restock "When they get a chance". So they often have a lot of empty spots that they claim they've places orders for. I don't know, maybe it's true, but their answers are wishy washy at best and always leave me skeptical. Prices tend to be MUCH higher in store than online. They'll give you a bit of a run around about whether the item with shipping from online will be cheaper than buying in store then supposedly give you the cheaper price. Yeah.... calling BS on that for multiple reasons and thru multiple purposes. Staff is a bit hit or miss. There are a few folks there who are great and knowledgeable, but the rest? Eh. he rest literally know NOTHING about their products and really don't seem interested in knowing. Which baffles me a bit. And since they are very clearly not trained in basics (pencil hardness for instance), you have to take anything they say with a grain of salt. This is a place where if you now what you want or need, then you'll probably going to be ok and find something, but perhaps not a specific item. But if you are going for guidance, then you might be in trouble. Thankfully when I started my art journey a few years ago I was close to a Jerry's Artarama and their staff was always on point. I learned a LOT from them.

The owner is such a kind person; on my first ever visit when I…read morementioned that I wanted to start spinning yarn, she actually gave me a 3D-printed Turkish spindle and some scrap fiber to practice with--for free! She also keeps a lot of her reptile pets in the back, and so had the opportunity to hold two of her snakes. (But for those who don't like reptiles, don't worry-- you can't see them unless you go in the back room.) Very friendly and knowledgeable overall. Nice selection of yarn fibers, colors, and prices. I've seen some cashmere, cotton, wool, acrylic... probably ~$40 a skein on the more expensive end. (Cashmere is a luxury fiber, after all.) But there's plenty of more cost-effective options for the thrifty crafter. There is also some wool roving for sale-- the braids in the basket near the front run about $25, but I've been able to buy wool by the ounce that she keeps in the back for some very reasonable prices: I've seen $2.50 to $4 an ounce, depending on the breed. Those fibers tend to have a bit of VM to pick out, but nothing unmanageable. There are a couple couches and a table to sit at if you want to hang out and craft. It's a super cozy environment. I'm a happy customer!

This is the closest Target to where I live, so we pop in here quite often…read more It has all the same brands and departments that any other Target has, so nothing to write home about in terms of uniqueness. If you have been to one Target, you basically know what any Target has on offer. The layout may be different from Target to Target, though. Aside from having all the same departments and items, I will say that we have noticed the produce at this Target location doesn't stay fresh as long as others we have shopped at. We have decided just to not buy any fresh produce from this Target anymore, unless it's something we have to grab on the way somewhere and can only stop at one place (if it's Target). They do have quite a few eateries nearby, which is nice if you want to grab something for dinner/lunch after you've been shopping. Raising Cain's, McDonalds, and that type of fare - nothing fancy. They have their own food options within Target too; Pizza Hut, Starbucks, and some grab and go things near the registers. My only other complaint, and this is about ALL Target locations - is that they keep it very toasty in there! No matter if it's Summer or Winter, it will always be sweltering in any Target. If this is the only Target you can get to, it's not BAD by any means - I just think it's one rung below other locations when it comes to a few specific things.

On that note, it's a great place for pet toys since that's something that will inevitably get destroyed - and you won't be mad, since you didn't pay an arm and a leg for it.
