The workers gave great instruction on how to make sure the pottery comes out of the kiln nicely (three coats!). The color of your pot when you paint it will not be the same colors as after firing. Be sure to reference the colors on the wall and not what you see as you paint! The environment was peaceful too and very clean too. The pick up process took less than two minutes and we received a $15 voucher for our return. I will be returning next time I need an indoor activity with a friend!

Her disposition in general was unpleasant and unlikable. She was ripping up my coupons that apparently expired without even showing me. Just give them back. She kept moving things all around. I felt like it was trickery of the mind. Like she wanted me to lose track of what promotions I was using. The Christmas card selection wasn't great this time around. The cards keep getting more and more expensive, too. They do have the gold seals available! They have lots of baked goods and socks and little signs and ornaments and Yankee candles. They usually have good sales after the season is over. I feel like their selection is usually good because it's not a high traffic store but I am just speculating and I could be wrong. He was to arrive with the food at 1130, and our guests were to arrive at 12. He never showed up. My wife called him repeatedly, finally getting a response @ 12:45 via Facebook messenger stating that he was under the impression that the party was on 10/18/21. My wife asked for our payment back, which he immediately provided, but the damage was done. He then deleted the message where he stated he thought the party was on 10/18/21. I can only assume that was some attempt to shield himself from documented responsibility. We had to order pizza to feed our guests and wait around for an hour and a half with no food. My wife was devastated and in tears. She had put a lot of effort into our child's first birthday and it was ruined by totally unprofessional behavior by William Slook. To date, we have not received an apology or detailed explanation of why this happened. Even the explanation provided that day doesn't really make sense. 10/18/21 is a Monday, why would someone schedule a child's party at lunchtime on a Monday? We hired this company to handle the food for the party so that we could focus on our guests and our child with less stress. William Slook's incompetence created more stress, and required me to leave to acquire food at the last minute and miss out on the party. Avoid this business at all costs.
