Didn't realize none of the lights had a price on them when I was looking at Was a totally different solar light. I put the lights back. I saw some priced on sale for $4.97 but when I got to the register, they were $9.97. Since I am forced to check myself out even though I don't work there or get a W-2 I have to check myself out the lady that came over to help could not give me a price so I had to walk back with another guy take pictures. Unfortunately every light back there our price for the lights on the bottom which one would think are the lights on the top pictures below. This is the only thing that piss me off the day walking back-and-forth for prices because no one knows. Once I got the guy who works in that department he begin to tell me that that price is only for the lights on the bottom taped up in the box how am I as the customer supposed to know that?

I bought a Milwaukee battery operated grinder from Tools and More. The first time I used the…read moregrinder I did not properly tighten the blade down. It caused minimal damage but enough that you could not operate the tool. I took it back to the store to see if they could repair the grinder. I talked to Gilbert and showed him the damage. Gilbert took the grinder into the back room and returned in less than 5 minutes with a repaired tool. I was impressed with the speed and knowledge that Gilbert showed in repairing the tool. Great job !!!

Pricing was good, shipped out fine and received in good condition. This is where the story goes bad. The chandellier was much darker than expected and my wife wanted to return the item. Our distributor, Westway, apparently is only a front company that can only order products from PROGRESS LIGHTING. You don't do business and return things to them. MY question is why not deal with PROGRESS In the first place. When we called them to return the item Kathleen from Westway advised that we would need to return the item to the MANUFACTURER ......AND there would be a 35% restocking fee....yikes!! She had no control and politely told me that the company strictly enforced their outrageous restocking fee. It sounds good up front but be sure to ask. My advice go to home depot or lowes and you CAN special order and ask UP FRONT if there is any kind of restocking. Good luck, Brad
