I assumed for the price tag they would be of good quality, they looked nice in picture and the assembly would be a drawer pull, or putting the drawers in etc., "Assembly" turned out to be every single panel for all 3 drawers, legs, back, top etc., getting pieces to line up was impossible and several pieces did not have pre drilled holes. The constant rubbing of parts of table caused paint to chip and scratches.- It was horrible cheap Chinese crap. The return shipping was over $150. and requires intact packaging which was hard to keep given the sheer amount of pieces and parts. I left a review on the BB & B site that was declined (as I stated in it that the product was not worth cost and mentioned that consumers would be better off purchasing from any TJMaxx, Marshalls or Home Goods for better quality and price and that is against the review policy). When I called to have the review removed so I could leave a new one without mentioning other companies - they stated they could not do so. Wife and I wanted to purchase some better…read morequality outdoor furniture for our patio, we ended up at Fortunoff Backyard Store in October. The store is pretty large with a lot of displays of chairs, recliners, tables, fire pits, and all things outdoors. There was also Christmas displays of faux trees and lights. The store when we were there did not have any other customers (not really a store that people would come to regularly) but slowly some others came in. The three employees rotate as to who gets what customer as they came in for a possible sale. Ours was friendly and helpful as we took our time sitting in all of the available chairs in the whole store multiple times. After we made our choice (which, of course, had to be the first set we tried) she did her best to get us into the computer system so that we could obtain financing. This is where my shopping experience turned into a comedy of errors. It had to do with not having a password and no one else had it and the manager was on vacation. It was clear that there really was no plan as to what to do and the three employees bickering at each other as to what to do. Someone finally called the manager, but then I was told I had to just try to sign up myself using my cell phone. Thankfully I was successful and they eventually got into their own systems to put in my information. After everything was done and a "final" price completed, we ended up getting a call once we were home about having to alter the prices due to an error. I was also upset about having to pay over $500 for delivery. It eventually got resolved, and we were warned that it could be more than six months to receive our patio À La Carte set. And it was. This was due to the global stoppage of goods and waiting for it to be our turn. It actually took three different delivery dates to finally get everything. We can't wait for some really nice warm weather to truly enjoy the outdoor furniture. Overall, Fortunoff Backyard Store met our needs. It's not cheap furniture, but we expect it to last. Each time we spoke with staff on the phone or in person were professional. The store is at least worth a visit if you're in need of patio furniture. It worked out well for my family. Three and a half stars, but I'm rounding up this time.

The Coach website shows them having items in stock, but twice now I have ordered a bag for pickup from this location only to have the order cancelled by the store. I feel bad for the staff, I really do - it's like they're the forgotten stepchildren, and when you talk to them about new seasonal items, they're very aware that they probably won't get any. I want to support the sales associates by purchasing in-store, but it's kind of impossible when they never have anything.

After limited shopping done mostly online, it was fun to be in a store searching the racks. My reason for going to the store was an online return. Nordstrom has a great return policy. The return line was long. I almost left but it seemed to be moving so I waited. Well the line moved pretty fast. Marquita, the cashier, was so efficient with the returns/pick ups that I only waited about 7 min. Not only was she efficient, she gave the customers personal attention and was friendly and nice! She had my returned processed so quickly but still was able to have a conversation with me. The store has a lot of merchandise but it clean, staff wear masks and hand sanitizer is available. The bathrooms are open and clean. I felt comfortable shopping here
