She does not listen to what you want, she gets an idea in her head of what haircut you should have and does what she wants without even consulting you. I wanted a simple bob and I almost ended up with a pixie. My hair is uneven and sticking up at funny angles in the back which will take months to grow out. Maria is not only inconsiderate but she is also incompetent. If your hair is textured and you want someone to accommodate your needs do not get your haircut at this salon.

The stylist who attended to me was not the usual one, and she left my hair completely blonde!! It was like I went from being a brunette to Shakira overnight! I would never in my life ask for that kind of artificial and overdone blonde, and even less without consulting me. Also , during the process, before I realized the mistake, the stylist after two hours told me she didn't have time to cut or style my hair and that I would have to come back another day What ??? She left the dye on my hair for almost THREE HOURS, which I'm sure didn't help the situation. I was starting to get worried as the time went by, but I trusted that she knew what she was doing. Boy, was I wrong. When she finally rinsed out the dye, my hair was completely ruined. When the other stylists realized the damage, they tried to fix the mistake with a toner, but the result was .... OMG : now my hair looks gray It's unbelievable that they couldn't get it right in the first place, and their "solution" was even worse . I've been a client for three/four years and I never imagined I'd receive treatment like this. The lack of recognition and condescending attitude of the staff was what bothered me the most. They said, "This is the color we always do for you," acting like it was true. There was no "Sorry, we made a mistake".They acted like I was crazy and it was all just a fabrication!! Needless to say, I left without paying. Now I'll have to go to another salon to try to fix this mess. I have photos of my hair before, during, and after the disaster, so I can prove the evidence .
