I used Jochas Moving on 8/29/18. Stephen and Charles did a GREAT job. The company sends you a text reminder the day before. Charles/Stephen called me with their ETA that morning. They were on time and moved me fast (they make it look so easy). They secured and padded my belongings. I had ZERO damage. I did take the time to label my boxes that had fragile items in it (with bright eye catching stickers) and they took extra care of those boxes. Charles and Stephen were professional and very nice. This is the first time i use a moving company and lost a TV in the 1st time experience. First off the mover mentioned he needed to be somewhere by 5pm. So he started in a rush. I assisted the mover on moving things along. I even got 5 bodies to assit at the new address. I assit him in taking down my 75inch TV from the Bedroom. He leaned the TV on the wall and the TV slid and fell on its back. We check the TV and the screen was cracked. The office is now telling me it was in the contract to box the TVs. The owner didn't tell me that when booked the move and the mover didn't tell me the TV needed to be boxed. Again this is my 1st time using a moving company and the office didn't even apologize for the TV breaking but they were real quick to ask for deposit and payment even before the move started. They told me they were completely booked up for the next 2 months. They clearly have sold more Groupon vouchers than their business can handle. Nothing against any of the staff or workers. This is clearly a decision by upper management or the owner to sell these Groupons despite not having the ability to follow through. The solution is simple, don't sell a service if you can't deliver on that service. Expecting people to book a moving service 2 months in advance is wild, especially when you are willing to take their money immediately before you tell them that fact. I was a bit surprised by the $195 add-on for mileage to the Groupon I bought. My move was about four miles. Logistically, the guys did a great job. The move involved parking on a city street, moving furniture down the street through a parking garage and up elevators, or carrying furniture up 2 flights of stairs, then across a pool deck. They took great care with my furniture and the building I was moving into. They did not waste time, and even though they went over the alotted time and I had to pay extra, I knew they were working hard to get the job done. I highly recommend this business. read more

I tried contacting them for assistance moving my Disabled Veteran father. Spoke with "Sharon" who was just the rudest person I've ever come in contact with. When asking for details she said "don't start with me", called me a "smartass" when I referred to the Groupon as asked if that was the correct rate before purchasing. I asked for a manager and she told me "no one will deal with you" and then I asked again and she said "sure fine someone will call you tomorrow". That didn't happen. I called again today, she answered(both the Orlando and Tampa phone numbers). She told me she was "shocked" I "felt it was ok to even call back after being so smart and rude with me(her)". I said I was waiting for a manager and she told me she was "feeling harassed" and hung up on me. I tried calling the other location phone numbers and when she answered the Tampa number(which I have no idea how) she said "Heather you're pushing it" when she answered. Then I stated I would like to speak to the owner Charles Johnson(listed on the BBB as owner). She told me she was an owner. I said she wasn't listed anywhere as an owner and I would still like to speak to the actual CEO/Owner. She then told me that he would tell me not to call back and then hung up on me. I am shocked that so many people say they had a horrible experience. I had an incredible experience with JoChas. From the initial booking to the actual moving process, everyone was incredibly friendly. Lorens and Charles did an amazing job, they were so fast and efficient. They were able to get everything in my one bedroom apartment in and out in under an hour. They did such a great job. If you get the Groupon, be aware that there are extra fees that apply, but even still, they are well worth the money. I would absolutely use them again! read more

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. THEY CHEATED ME OVER 2500.00.  I was informed that this company was fully licensed and insured for damages and chose this company based on their reviews. WHAT A BIG MISTAKE!! The movers damaged my wood flooring cabinet dresser and closet doors. I immediately called the company while the moves were onsite and they told me to submit a claim form. The movers were trying to force me to sign the document which i refused and they ran away quickly in their truck with no signed document.  I sent pictures of all the damages which are now  available publicaly and i had a third party give me a quote of the wood flooring damages and sent all of ths information to the company. They did absolutely nothing. The owner was even to scared to even personally call me or even visit my home to see the damages.  I was informed by his associate Charles that the "owner can only go by the drivers word 100% Charles further stated "I did not receive pictures of other damages" This is a lie because all the pictures were sent with the original file. "Can you imaging how horrified we were by these comments. The whole Team at this company are liarrs and they have no clue how to treat their customers. I left a message with the owner several times to at least call me and to least come and see the damages the movers have done and how it happened and had no courtesy to even call me or come visit my property. He hid behind   Joanne and another guy named Charles as he was scared to talk on the phone. That is a sure sign that I was cheated and he just wanted to run away like any other crook  Anyhow, I have no choice but to take this matter to litigation. I tried not too but the owner refused to cooperate. I have also filed a formal complaint with the BBB. This company is going down in history and believe me folks i will do anything in my power to shut them down so they do not cheat another person in south florida. JoChas moving was very unprofessional. I scheduled a move for Monday (the earliest available-I called on Friday before) and they said they would call me for payment in a few minutes. I texted the number back on Friday and Saturday saying I never got a call. It is now Sunday (Easter) and I texted the number AGAIN. I finally got a call, but now I was told I was never scheduled for Monday and they only have Thursday available. Very unprofessional of them to waste a customers time. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. I initially was very excited to work with this company after I found a great deal for them on Groupon. My first red flag was the fact that I called in and half of my information for the reservation was taken incorrectly. It wasn't until I spoke to the manager Sharon that we discovered my address & phone number were listed incorrectly yet my card number was taken just fine. The day of the service they called and said they would be at my apartment an hour before my scheduled time. My "30 minute" drive time had already begun and I was trying to get last minute things together. The service was fast but they damaged my TV during the process and charged me extra $75.00 for going over the 1 hr 30 minutes (when it's advertised as a two hour moving service) by 4-5 minutes. I know that I was responsible for keeping the time but we were all by the moving truck without our phones. It also took them over 10 minutes to actually park the truck since the driver was determined to fit in a parking space he just couldn't get into. Not to mention they showed up early so I wasn't as prepared as I could have been if they came at the time they said they would. My main issue is how I've been handled after my service. I bit the bullet for the cost as I booked not only my moving service but one for my mother as well (which was twice the price). I've called and left messages multiple times with no response. Sent in an inquiry for a damage claim and have not gotten one call back. I even resorted to asking my father to reach out to see if it was just me and he has yet to get a response as well. It's been over a month! I'm not sure what happened to the TV during the transition from my old apartment to the new one but the movers were the only people to touch and put my tv back together. I'm going to assume it wasn't secured correctly in the truck. I realized it was broken the next day when I had my cable/internet installed and I turned it on to test the streaming service. I really tried to wait to let this company redeem themselves but as it's approaching a month and a half I felt like it was only right to warn others if they're seriously looking into using their services. Let me start off with the fact that as actual movers, they do a good job. They took care of my stuff and there was no damage noted. There were a couple of items that were turned from being upright, but luckily, no damage to anything contained within. Also, Charles was pleasant to speak with and very professional on all contacts that I had with him. That being said...... I had scheduled an afternoon appointment window for Saturday. They gave me a window that I was fine with. Apparently, their first job had a customer that wasn't prepared, so they were going to be delayed until 4pm. Then, I got another call stating they wouldn't be available until 8pm. I said no, can we reschedule for Sunday and they did and gave me a time between 11 and 2. Good thing because it rained on Saturday night and the amount of time that it took would have put it past midnight. Speaking of.....come Sunday, I get another call stating that they would be arriving closer to 2. Here we go again.....I say OK, because I had to take my daughter to a drop off party so that worked out. They FINALLY arrived at 3 pm. Before I could give them a tour of what was needed, the clock started promptly at 3:11 pm. Luckily, it took me about 5 minutes to give them the tour. I took their 'special' which was 3 movers for 3 hours for $475. Each hour beyond that, however, was $185. I went over by 2.5 hours and that was with me having to unwrap stuff at the new place and put some of my items back together to keep the time down. My whole problem with this is that there was no compensation or working with me on the delay. I can understand a couple of hours, but a whole day was crazy. Plus, to keep costs down, I had to perform some of the work. Anyways, That's my experience with this company, so take it for what it is. No matter which moving company you go with, read the reviews and be prepared to spend some money because it can still be a lifesaver when it comes to larger furniture and stairs. read more

Save yourself your money and find another moving company, preferably one who believes in doing right by their customers and not being cheap and greedy! Movers dropped my fridge moving it into their truck. The movers admitted as much to the office after I filed a damage claim the same night of the move. Unfortunately for me I signed that at the end of the move I wasn't aware of damages (I knew the fridge was dropped, and when I asked the 2 movers if that line included the fridge, their response was "if you find anything after we leave the office will take good care of you"), and apparently that means the company policy is they were denying my full claim. They offered to cover some costs of the scratched and dented stainless steel door handles, but only because the mover admitted to dropping my major appliance. But apparently that admission isn't enough to do the right thing and also cover cost of the damage to the freezer door, which now no longer closes. I had an independent repair company come look at the fridge and have told me at minimum the door handle, freezer drawer assembly, and freezer door will need replacement. They were incredulous when I told them the moving company was refusing to accept responsibility and told me there was no way a 1 year old stainless steel fridge could have been so severely damaged other than the drop I described. They're worried that the compressor was also damaged and the whole fridge could potentially need replacement. At minimum this is likely going to be $400 in repairs and replacement parts, and at worst I'll need to replace a 1 year old $2000 appliance. If you insist on using this company, I guess you should either refuse to sign their paperwork since they provide no alternative, or make sure you fully unpack and inspect everything you own to verify they didn't cause any unknown damage... read more

The guys that moved my of of my apartment and into the townhouse next door were GREAT! Super efficient and professional. I bought a Groupon for 4 hours of moving and NOWHERE in the fine print did it say anything about being up-charged for EVERYTHING! Literally everything. You'll be charged for EACH flight of stairs at both places your moving from and to, for each television that is move and a gas charge. Mind you, the two residences I was moving between were less than a mile apart, so the $35 gas fee was absolutely ridiculous. There's no point in buying the Groupon to then be charged an additional $200 for services that any reasonable consumer would assume were included in the moving fee. Needed a last minute move and gave this company a shot from a few good reviews I read. I'm always skeptical of moving companies because of the horror stories about broken glass and stolen items. I called and got an upfront and simple price quote and the phone rep was very helpful walking me through the process. They sent 3 movers for my job and actually finished under the expected time! They were friendly and down to earth. They asked questions and communicated with me throughout the entire process and the drop off went smoothly. Just wanted to post to never use Jochas Moving. I found them on Groupon and I guess you get what you pay for. Lots of hidden fees and they broke several glasses (annoyed but didn't care too much) and a very large custom sized picture frame! After filling out the damage claim form (which took a week to get a several phone calls and messages for them) and waiting the 30 days (I called and emailed several times again after the 30 day mark with no response) they are crediting me $10!!!!! Are you kidding me???? The frame will cost $100 to replace and the continual run around from this company is astounding! I left messages for days without hearing anything back. Then, I am told that the number I was calling was probably one they don't use anymore. Well why is it on your contract???? The movers blamed my packing from 3 years prior on why they broke the glasses and didn't use any of the provided protective padding they had on the truck for my picture frame! I've looked at other moving companies and some do mention the $0.60/pound of damage reimbursement but others also mention trying to ensure no breakage and getting back to customers ASAP. So not all companies do the very minimum reimbursement. Just beware and don't use Jochas Moving!!!!! I never will again. read more

Terrible moving company. Don't EVER use this company. WORST decision I've ever made. Completely unprofessional. Slow moving on purpose to charge me more. Careless with my furniture. 2 movers didn't work together, resulting in my furniture being banged into walls, dropped on the ground or dragged on the ground. I bought the groupon, and Jochas took advantage of it. Worst moving company I've ever encountered.I have used 3 other companies in the past 8 years, and never had issues with moving companies. When the movers arrived, they immediately started complaining about how long their day has been and that I was the 3rd move of the day (I was told I would be the 2nd move of the day). The 2 movers took awhile to do anything productive. I hired the movers for 2 hours, for a 1 bedroom apartment (~11 pieces of furniture, no boxes) and to move into another apartment 5 minutes down the road. Everything else was out of their way. Quite possibly the easiest move, but yet these movers screwed up. It was about 30 min before they had any piece of furniture wrapped. They wrapped my couch, then unwrapped it, and then wrapped it again. For what purpose? They only thing I can think of is to waste more time. The 2 movers did not work together at all, which made everything take longer. When they started moving furniture, they didn't pay attention to where they were going, and would bang my furniture into the walls, making indents. They dropped my couch ~3-4x, scraped my bedroom furniture and entertainment center on the ground because they were too lazy to utilize their dollys correctly. Instead of utilizing both movers for furniture that required 2 people to move safely, they would only use one resulting in the furniture again getting dropped/banged/dragged. They took over an hour and 30 minutes to load up the furniture. When we got to my new apartment, I told them exactly where to park. For some reason, they decided they didn't want to park there, and then proceeded to drive for ~5-10 min to find a "better" spot, only to then park exactly where I told them to. Again, they were moving at snails pace, dropping more furniture and not paying attention. 1 mover decided to move my queen mattress by himself, again dragging it everywhere and then banging it into 2 fans in the hallway. My boyfriend had to help the movers move furniture into the apartment because they couldn't figure out how to work together to move the furniture efficiently and safely. So my boyfriend spent at least an hour being a third mover. I didn't hire a moving company to still have my boyfriend do the grunt work. The whole point of the moving company was so we didn't have to do the heavy lifting. Throughout the move, the movers were on their phones, Facetiming, doing things unrelated to the move and unprofessional.They also were cursing and complaining the entire time. I had to tell the movers numerous times throughout the move to be careful, pay more attention and utilize both movers to ensure safety of my furniture. Since they took so long, I was charged way more than quoted. At the end of the move, when I told the movers I was unhappy with their service, they started cursing again. My move was on a Friday. When I called JoChas the following week to complain, the manager said I had to speak to someone at corporate, and file a claim. After numerous calls to corporate, someone finally answered. They had my submit all the paperwork, and said they would get back to me shortly. My move was on December 29, 2017. I finished filing all paperwork on January 10, 2018. I have sent numerous emails, and called numerous times leaving voicemails since that date. I have not heard back from anyone since that time. No one answers the phone or returns my phone calls or emails. This company is Soooo unprofessional. It's hard to even put into words how terrible of an experience this move was. Never again. The ease of scheduling & availability was great! The person I scheduled everything with was really nice. They were upfront with all fees. He went over them with me on the phone & they were also listed in the agreement & disclosure I signed (electronically by the way-everything about their process was great!) The Groupon was a great deal 2 Men for 2 hours $139.00 although, I did not like that 30 mins. were deducted from the 2 hours for driving. Don't do it. I used them and they were GREAT. I recommended them to EVERYONE. My friends booked them and they received two different movers than I did. The "movers" complained about the amount of items, the weight, and just about everything they could think of. At one point one of the movers got into an altercation with my friend costing them an hour of the four hour move. They were only able to load up 2/3 of their items before they had to leave for fear of running out of time. At their new house, the movers knew that the four hour package was about to come to an end and took my friends aside and asked if they would like to slip some cash to them and they would finish the move without charged the very high hourly rate. When my friends said no, they proceeded to let them know they would not be able to finish within four hours and my friends asked them to just leave it on their lawn. At the very end they tipped the one mover that was helping the most (and that is not saying much) and did not tip the mover that got aggressive and started the altercation. The movers left and my friends closed their door....a few minutes later the mover returned that did not get tipped and demanded a tip and said he would not leave without one. Out of fear, frustration, and wanting to be done with the awful experience my friends drove to a nearby ATM with the movers following in their truck to get money out and make him go away. I don't write reviews but this situation deserved it. This company does not honor the Groupon rather making you pay them directly. Groupon was also offering an additional 30% off yet I was told the date I needed could not honor the extra discount. The owner told me if I could do the day before or day after, it would be honored. I confirmed the day before worked and called Jochas back. The owner stated that she would take responsibility for the miscommunication because she could NOT honor the additional discount until January. That was confusing and did me no good. Keep in mind that 30 minutes is shaved off for travel time, which left us 1.5 hours to move 7 pieces of furniture. The guys began at 1:20 and worked hard, loading within the hour. They were kind and efficient. Unloading took less than 20 minutes as the dresser was last to come off the truck by 2:52 putting the move time over by two minutes, yet I was charged $75 for an additional 30 minutes. I texted the owner. She had already charged my credit card $75. When she finally called, she was not cordial, becoming very defensive when questioned about the time. I was told I needed to learn how to read contracts. So I opened the contract and read her words aloud stating, "starting five minutes after the promotional time ends, additional time beyond the promotional moving package purchased will be charged as follows for every 30-minute increment: 2 movers at $75.00." We had a discrepancy of two minutes, even five minutes was within the range. I was also charged $85 for gas, which the owner stated she paid yet I have the charge. Ultimately, I paid a total of $300 for 1.5 hours of moving 7 pieces of furniture ten minutes down the road. I disagree with $75 for two minutes over. She offered a refund of $37.50, which is still unsatisfactory. Know this before you choose this company or even buy the Groupon as they do not honor Groupons, any additional discount Groupon may be offering that day, charge you an additional $85 gas fee, decrease move time by 30 minutes for traveling to and from your location, and may over charge you even if the contract states otherwise. The fact remains, we were within the allotted additional five minutes and did not go over. The men were pulling out of the drive by 2:56. Miscommunication, even with written language in a contract seems to be the theme. read more

This is the WORST moving company I have ever used and the WORST moving experience I've ever encountered in my life. I used a groupon and thought that was a good idea: hey, I'm moving from one building to another in the SAME COMPLEX. 4 hours should be sufficient time. . . . After 8 hours, and over $700.00 later, the move was still incomplete. Me, my family, and friends had to finish the move because the movers took it upon themselves to empty the truck at the base of the stairs (taking 8 hours, mind you) leaving us in the dark to complete the move. Jochas only cared about closing out and getting paid. Did not care to send another man or two to finish the job in the allotted 4 hour timeframe. I was not offered any apology or any refund for all the extra hundreds of dollars the move cost me. People move from city to city for $700 - NOT FROM A BUILDING TO ANOTHER. I will never use them again.They charge $150 hr. For 2 men. Plus tack on a lot of additional fees. $25 Fee to wrap tv. So i moved my own televisions. $75 for stairs. $50 for extra stop so i canceled the other stop. I didnt have time anyways. At the new home Half my stuff was left on the driveway. Stuff still left at my previous apartment due to the truck not being fully packed. They said its company policy not to stack boxes so they followed company policy. They held 4 boxes and my mattress hostage on the truck, they stopped the clock when their office called. Demanded another $75, while he's standing there time went by i asked manager for 15 mins extra due to the several phone call stops and charles said yes and then once i paid more money said no.The office manager Charles called me at least 4 times during the middle of the move demanding payment ahead of time for every increment we went over. My dad wanted to pay cash at one point but said no. Do not purchase the groupon. 4 hrs for 2 men and a truck for $279. They will find a way to increase the price. They automatically take off 30 minutes for travel time so you're left with 3 hrs 30 minutes. I was only going 3-4 miles away. They told me they could care less about customer service and only wanted our money. At one point i became distraught over the move they didnt care. The beginning of the move started off good and then as the phone calls came in from management it just didnt go as planned. The older guy Terrell did a good job with the hand truck. Remember to tip your movers! Jocha's possibly has the best deals in town and the movers were very polite. I'm giving them one less star because they were in fact late. My move time was from 4-7 but they came close to 9. I still think I had a great experience. I would make sure I leave a extra time in your schedule just in case things like that happened. It was honestly out of their control, it was raining and the move before mine went over their time. I have to admit it was really hard to get hold of their representative. I had to make a dispute because they charged me $75 for being 9 mins over, even though my movers were in fact late and also got to my second destination late because they got lost. Overall, I would hire Jochas for my next move because they resolved any issues that I had. read more

Over the course of a week, I spoke with Charles in Orlando about my upcoming move. He seemed incredibly personable on the phone, so I decided to go with them. I am beginning to wish I didn't. When we booked the move, Charles told me that we would start my move between 10am - noon. He even told me that the movers would show up closer to the 10am side of the window because it was a slower day. I showed up at the house early that morning to get everything I could staged and ready for the movers. Charles calls me about 10:30am and tells me that the movers are at another move and my new window is now noon - 2pm. Around 2pm, I call back and Charles says the movers aren't finished with the 1 bedroom apartment yet. Then it's 3:30pm, and I start calling because I'm ready to cancel the move and get a UHaul and try to do it myself. I am a disabled vet and am willing to try to move a 5bedroom house myself because I feel like I could have it done by the time the movers even showed up. As I'm calling at 3:30pm, Charles stops answering my calls. In fact - To this day, I haven't had Charles answer the phone, call me back, or respond to my emails. The movers finally showed up just before 4pm, to START a 5 bedroom house move. When I talked to Charles on the phone to set this move up, I even upsold myself and asked to have another mover help because I knew we had a lot of stuff. I was weary because I wasn't sure that all of our items would fit on the truck and Charles over and over insisted that everything would fit and even went as far as to say, "This is the biggest truck you can drive before you need a CDL, We'll make it fit". So, the movers start moving our things and pack the truck to the ceiling - Come to find out, it doesn't all fit. We had an entire garage that was left at the house, the kitchen table, the master bedroom's furniture... At this point, it took 4 hours to get the truck loaded and we head to the new house. The guys are already tired. It's 8pm, they've been working since 6am. They are apparently become less and less careful with our belongings. Our coffee table was taken off a 4 wheel dolly, stood on its side, then swiveled to fit into the doorway, while scratching the face on the concrete. Our playroom shelves, are so wobbly, that we can't even put them up anymore because they'll just fall right down. Our dining room table, that was noted was probably the most important piece of furniture in the house, was walked right into the corner of the drywall, leaving a nice dent. The gymnastics beam was placed on top of everything in the truck, which then scratched and ripped the fabric on the roof, down the entire beam. These are the things we have found so far, but they will make sure to make you sign a release as soon as you want that clock punched stating no damages were caused from the move. This company is money hungry. They don't care about you and they don't care about your belongings. Just because you found a Groupon for them, doesn't mean that's what the cost will be. If you are looking to do a large move, 3 br house or more, this is not the company for you. You will end up spending over a grand like I did, and half of your stuff will be at the original home. Charles, when you read this, just know I don't want anything from you, but if I can help someone overlook your company and not fall for your lies over the phone, I'll be happy. You're a cheat and based on the reviews I see on this page, it doesn't seem like too many others are happy with you or your company either. TLDR; The movers will show up 5-6 hours late. You will pay FAR more than you expected. Your belongings will be trashed. Charles will simply laugh at your emails while he counts your money. Find another moving company, you'll be glad you did. read more

The movers were 20 minutes late from the start. I hired 2 men but seem 1.5 due to one of the movers were not actually working. Many items damaged and even tried to hide one item in the closet. My couch, 2 desks, and bookshelf were damaged. The mover gave me his personal number and stated get items from another move and will replace. Move normally takes 2 to 3 hours but was 4.5 hours. Also, an additional $150.00 is still pending on hold even after the full charge already posted. I have emailed several times and was told would get a damage form. I have not heard back from them. I decided to file a BBB complaint and will be contacting th FL AG since based on other reviews this seem to be reoccurring issues. read more

The Moving guys were great. Quick and careful and efficient. Because i had a Groupon it was understood that there was 30 mins travel time and 1 and a half hours moving time. At 2 mins past the deadline when there was one piece left i was called and told my card had been declined for the extra HOUR they were charging me. I informed them that they weren't to use my card since the money wasn't on it. He then called his movers and told them to quit unless i paid the extra hr for one piece of furniture that was on the deck. He then made multiple attempts in my card until he took my whole 30.00 and left me stranded in Orlando with no gas money to get home. I had informed him i would get the money although i think this is fraudulent behavior. Don't use Groupon and don't give them a card. read more

2 gentlemen came for the move, it really took them a long time and I ended up being charged extra because only 1 was really moving. They broke both of my daughters dressers beyond repair and use. I filled out a form to have them replaced and it's been about a month and they won't even answer my calls or emails. Also when I had originally called for the Groupon, they said thy were no longer accepting vouchers but would charge me the Groupon rate (It was so they didn't have to pay Groupon, which is against Groupon's rules). I really hate leaving bad reviews but their customer service is beyond horrible. There is no reason my issue should not have been remedied by now. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had. We're suppose to show up between 1 and 4 and showed up at 7:55. Now charging me another $150 because they need more time. Their practices are fraudulent and unfortunately impact those that work for them (who are wonderful). Didn't offer me ANYTHING for waiting for them for 3 hours later than we were expecting. Terrible company. Moved on 4/15, movers were nice but after reporting damage on 4/30, I was told they would follow up within 30 days. So 30 days later and nothing so I called (5/30), they told me that some how the claim was over looked. So after they reviewed it while I was on the phone, they calculated the damages and told me since they do payouts at then end of the month and they were already processed I'd have to wait to the next month (June). Called again several times looking for an update to fine out that they haven't sent out any payouts as the business isn't financially unstable and not doing well. And there was also no guarantee I would get paid! So pissed $250 in damages that now I won't get back!!!! STAY AWAY read more
