I really wanted to like it. I want to support local, family businesses. The first time I went it was great. This time, not so much 25 minute wait on two burgers and fries, only 4 people in the restaurant, 2 already with food. My burger was ordered medium, brought out well done The top bum was burnt, I had to pull off the burnt part in order to eat it Fries overcooked/dry Bummer. read more

I love this place. The breakfast food is amazing. You get a lot of food for your money. The staff are always friendly and polite. This is one of our favorite places to go and eat. It is hard to find if you are not familiar with the area. The menu has a good variety and the prices are reasonable. If you are looking for a place to go that has that old dinner feel, this is the place. It reminds me of when I was a child going to eat with my grandfather at the local dinner. Stopped in for lunch with my family because heard this place was good. Tbh walking in I did notice trash and stuff on the floor(usually I'd never notice something like this but made me wary). Love this place! The food is great and people so nice and not too pricey for Princeton. Go give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Food is good but if you're having your meal delivered DoorDash is horrible about not bringing your drinks with your meal.

It's ok for Princeton I wish more of their food the cook was fresh cut but most is pre packaged like their morning potatoes

Another good place bites the dust. To be fair, they have been going downhill for a while now. Even before COVID, but COVID sure didn't help things. Orders have painfully less and less quality and consistency than last year. It's all about the employees. They used to have great staff and cooks ! And it really showed ! Front desk was super nice and chill all the time, and the fries, burgers and sandwiches were great ! Now you get stale, unseasoned, undercooked, or soggy fries with a sandwich that may, or may not, make you sick on several occasions. Oh, and tacos al la hair ball . This is a great addition to Princeton! The food is tremendous. I have been three times in the last 4 days, and tried a salad with grilled chicken, the street tacos, and the burger and fries (the fries are some of the best I've ever had, hands down). All of them were great (especially the street tacos!), and I look forward to trying other menu options. Everything is made with fresh ingredients, and you can tell! The staff is also very friendly, and the restaurant is clean. Might be the best place in Princeton to eat right now. read more

First time to try Jocy's and glad we did! Manager on duty tonight was so nice! He was training another employee and made sure we were knew that they make everything fresh and from scratch, burgers aren't frozen, etc. My mom had the Cobb salad and wanted to add fried chicken even though that wasn't on the menu, they made it happen without issue. I had a cobb salad with brussel sprouts side dish. My companion had a chicken sandwich & fries. Both meals were very good with quality ingredients and attention to preparation. The salad was interesting lettuce, not just a bunch of ice-berg. The brussel sprouts were cooked perfectly. The chicken sandwich had been pounded flat, and was tender. I always forget to take pics! The food was ok. This would not be my go to breakfast place. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately the pancakes tasted gummy and box mix type flavor. The potatoes were not thoroughly cooked but seasoned well. My eggs were just ok and sausage was fine. This place is a hidden gem. SO delicious and I'm pretty sure everything is made from scratch- even the kids' chicken strips. The fries have a special seasoning and are some of the best that I've had. Wanted to update, had the chicken fried steak a couple nights ago. WINNER!! Homemade fresh chicken fried steak with gravy, real mashed potatoes, excellent steamed broccoli. Best place to eat in princeton. Everything my wife and i have ordered has been great, ive had omelettes, burgers, shrimp, sandwiches, chicken tenders, you name it. All of them come out fresh, hot and delicious. The staff are nice, the interior is a bit outdated but it is a diner so i let it pass. I recommend the bbq slaw burger with sweet potatoe fries. 4.4 solid stars i walked in expecting to get the catfish basket (which is only on the side chaulkboard in case you can't find it) but i ended up getting the chicken club after reading the ingredients and i NEVER get sandwiches.
