How I heard of this place: Needing a quick breakfast before boarding our flight, the line non-existent and the options looking good. Type of cuisine: For breakfast, egg baked, protein balls, açaí bowls, smoothies and open faced toasts. Ambiance: Strip mall style, walk up orders on tablets to be made and delivered at the opposite end of the counter. Limited to no contact with employees. Set at gate G 21/22, under fluorescent lights and amidst hundreds of travelers seated in the waiting area. What I ordered: We selected 4 avocado toasts with sliced, hard boiled eggs, bacon, a generous helping of salt, lemon juice & everything seasoning. I had super low expectations of this place after reading the reviews but I was happily surprised. I got the Acai mango bowl and it was soooo yummy! Not everything is super customizable but it is just enough. My kids got the teriyaki bowl and they didn't think it was very teriyaki flavored and I thought it was subtle and nice. My husband had the fiesta bowl and he was happy. We got the green smoothie and it was practically a ginger smoothie! A little much for my kids but still good. Love the new G concourse location but when you're paying nearly $30 for a smoothie and a açaí bowl you'd like to make sure you receive the right one + your açaí bowl isn't a smoothie in itself when it's supposed to be more solid. I ordered the coffee smoothie and got a very very tart berry one instead, I even questioned the gal if it was the correct one before I grabbed it and she said yes (coffee is brown, not red) I ended up tossing it because it was so tart I couldn't even finish it. The açaí bowl was basically a smoothie, melted and soupy, barely any hardness to it like normal açaí bowls are. Fruit was somewhat plentiful at least! I've been to several Crisp and Greens around the Twin Cities and this is definitely the worst location. We ordered two No Prob Cobb and it came pre mixed (most places have the sauce on the side) and the both bowls were only half full (and they were definitely not evenly split). Other Crisp and Greens fill your bowl to the brim. Not much service since your order at the kiosk and pick up. Definitely convenient since you are at the airport and for airport vibes, it's pretty nice but not worth it. If you want a salad go somewhere else or wait to get outside of the airport for Crisp and Green. read more

Should've checked reviews before eating here at the airport. The menu looks good but they only had one person there who didn't even speak English. She could not read anyone's name on their order, she would hand the order to whoever was waiting nearby to read the name on the receipt because she could not read it. I ordered my dragonfruit/acai bowl with no granola but she didn't understand that and had to remake it but asked me 6 times what I wanted on it because she couldn't understand. The second time she gave me a mango acai bowl instead of dragonfruit acai but I didn't want to wait any longer or make the line of people waiting wait even longer so I just took it. $16 for a very small acai bowl and they couldn't even give me what I wanted. It's unfortunate because it's in a nice newly remodeled area by gate G20 but they need hire people who can read and speak english. The music is also way too loud. And the prices (including random mandatory hospitality charge) are ridiculous. read more

Unfortunately I paid extra for chicken instead of tofu and it was by far the most dry chicken I have ever had. I also think I got less than 10 pieces. Purchased a salad here via the kiosk and although there was a sizable amount of people who ordered ahead of me, the workers were diligent in getting the food out fast and accurate. He called my names before mixing the salad to ask if I wanted the sauce light, medium, or heavy. Then he asked if I wanted a cap on it. The medium dressing had a good amount and everything was good in the feta salad but the chicken, which was a little rubbery. Overall though I'm glad this place with healthy options exist in this terminal and would return. Well, where do I start. I placed an order at 11:30am, I finally called at 12:40pm and they said my order is not in the que. I sent a screen shot of the order, and of the charge on my credit card and emailed it to the manager. Assuming she would call back once she got the email was a mistake, so I called back to confirm she received the email. She confirmed and said I should see the charge drop off in the next few days. I asked about my order and she said well it's not in the que so it can't be filled. I said I just send you a screenshot of my order and you're saying you can't fill it which she responded 'it's not in the que.' She didn't even offer to refill the order, nor even asked me if I want to refill the order. Very very disappointing. Now I have to wait for a charge to fall off of my account and I didn't get lunch. Waited at counter with no employees in sight. I finally yelled into the back. The people who finally took care of my order were friendly and competent. The salad was as expected. It's just the lack of prompt service that brings this place down. Service is abysmal. Don't order a take out salad if your flight is leaving in under 30 minutes. Most ordering kiosks don't work. One person is preparing all orders. Two others appear to be washing dishes. Or at least lingering by the sink. Upgraded the review because the food is quite good. Be careful. They have nice pictures of their food on menu. I ordered a bowl. The picture looked great what was delivered was a green brown glob. All the ingredients were in bowl but they mix it up so you cannot pick and choose what you eat. Taste was ok but looked like a pile of ????? Not fresh food. read more

We stopped here before our flight and were excited because we love crisp and green from the other locations around the city. The experience was so disappointing. My fiesta bowl was not even half way full, maybe one scoop of brown rice? It was missing the pepitas, avacado, and blue corn tortilla chips. The bowl was so pathetic I thought i was being pranked. My fiancé said her quinoa was undercooked. I tried to get this fixed but was ignored at the counter. It seemed like the employees were under a lot of pressure since they did not respond to me. I decided to give this location another try, however once again was disappointe. I ordered a seasonal salad with squash in it, was told at the end they had no squash. I asked to add cauliflower and mushrooms, which only got cauliflowe. also you cannot buy bottled water, why not? had to sit in a dirty seat and there's a film of dust on the wall, feels dirty! We asked for warm grain bowl and customer service was rude and on top of that in one of them found a hair and asked for a general manager for a reimbursement and he was dismissed we told him how the customer service had been and he didn't even say sorry just said we're busy! Awesome salad! At MSP Terminal 1. I used the self order kiosk and it was simple and fast. Had the squashgoals salad. I'm not a huge squash person, but this salad was pure perfection. Kale, roasted squash (firm), chicken, apples, pecans, quinoa and dressing (don't get dressing on side. This rich combination needs it tossed) Perfect for Autumn day and long layover. We'll worth the price compared to other crappy airport food. And healthy. Plenty of staff with great service. Waited about 8 minutes for food. read more
