They are very busy, but they are worth the wait for jobs both big and small.

The work was undertaken without a formal written estimate, and a receipt for payment was not obtained because Brad said he does not carry receipts with him. He told me to call his office and 'they' would supply a receipt. (He answered the phone.) So far, no receipt. Brad made unfavorable remarks (siding/windows) about the work performed by others rather than focusing on giving me an estimate. The siding was replaced 25 years ago, without a problem until now. When my roof and siding need to be replaced, there's no way I would consider Brad. If you value clear communication and honesty, do not hire Brad. Get everything in writing, which was my mistake from the beginning.

My house seems to have been under construction with other renovations for months now, so hearing everything could be done in a day, has me pretty sold. However, when we got our consultation, Nick shared with us how the layout would be not only ergonomically friendly, but safe for our ever curious and crawling 11 month old. We were concerned specifically with a grated drain that is directly under our deck that infamously would get clogged with leaves and cause major rainwater back-up, and Nick created a seamless design that we could get to the drain to clean it occasionally without crawling under the deck anymore! What a relief! The overall installation is clean and meticulously done. I put in a request on a Tuesday for a Thursday build and they were able to make it happen!! I was immediately impressed by the quick turnaround and prompt email communication. Margaret informed me that the contractors would arrive between 8:00-9:00am to get it done before 3:00pm. My previous experiences with some contractors led me to believe they would arrive a bit later than anticipated... but lo and behold, at 8:00am sharp they arrived! Arby walked me through my options and we plotted out both rooms and dimensions with his handy dandy tape measure. He answered all my questions, made some great suggestions, and maintained that he would be happy to do whatever I wanted. He and his building partner worked efficiently and communicated with me via text to let me know how much time they needed. We got sliding doors + t-wall construction and couldn't be happier with the result. Though it was a bit more costly than my roommate and I anticipated, the positive experience and the high-quality of the walls (plus the cost of removing the walls is all included as long as you give them 1 month's notice) made me feel happy and at ease. If I ever need temporary walls again, I'll be coming to MPW! My one tip: double check with the building and management regarding their flex walls rules! This wasn't MPW's fault, but my building prohibited floor to ceiling walls, which was a bit disappointing to find out for privacy reasons. Know your building policies!!

The wall held up really nicely the past 3 years and our guests were always so surprised to learn that the wall was a flex wall and not a part of the apartment's original layout. The removal process was also super seamless. We reached out via email 4 weeks in advance and made arrangements for them to knock it down. They're incredibly responsive and on the day of the removal, the team arrived on time and were done about half an hour later. Highly recommend!
