I've always fallen under the category for "renter" or "living with my parents" so when OUR WASHING MACHINE broke I pretty much had no plan at all. My immediate thought was Sears, because that's where people buy all of their appliances right? But Sears is closing left and right and I'm not even sure where the closest one is ... back to square one. I did a lot of asking around and wallowing and someone mentioned Joe. I decided to give him a call and have now officially dubbed him "my washing machine guy." He comes in to do free estimates, which was really my hook. Joe gave us estimates and let us have time to think about which direction we wanted to go in. During the estimate I thought he would just kind of look at things and say whatever the problem was and quote me a price but no I was wrong - Joe did a lot of taking things in and out, going back and forth to his truck and giving different quotes and guesstimates. After he left he gave us additional estimates and was very persistent on us getting the washing machine fixed. I decided to jump on, have Joe complete the job and I was nothing short of satisfied. My washing machine basin had dropped and my clothes were coming out completely soaked, especially towels. I was very nervous to write this review because once it was fixed I just thought it would break again. I had been dealing with this washing machine problem for months and honestly struggled with seeing a way out. But to my surprise it has been fantastic! I have a 6 month warranty and everything has been phenomenal! I'm so happy now it doesn't take me hours to wash and dry clothes. read more

I called Joe and he was at my mothers condo within 1 hour for a broken washer " front loader". He took his time and did some testing and said it was fixable for a fair price. The next day my mom decided she would rather go with a new washer that Home Depot had on sale. When I called Joe to try and give me some money for the service call in my mind we owed him something. He didn't charge on initial visit. He absolutely refused and said don't worry about it . Not too many people will do that especially in these times. read more

I just had a delightful experience with Joe. I called around 1:45 PM in the afternoon on a Monday because my 25 year old GE refrigerator was leaking small amounts of water onto the floor. Just two hours later Joe was leaving my house and the problem was fixed. Amazing service ! He needed no parts to fix the leak. Called Joe to look at my washing machine. He came the next day and told me that due to it's age and problem that it was not worth fixing. He suggested that I put the money into a new machine.
