It's amazing that my Godson chose Memphis TN as our 'halfway' point to spend a hotel night during our drive to the 32nd Redemption TCG National Tournament this weekend in Wilmore KY. It's when after dinner last night we noticed one of my tires losing pressure about 20 miles from our overnight hotel. I call it a miracle and Divine Providence that a tire that started showing low pressure last night is successfully replaced by Audi Memphis. They didn't have my regular run-flat tire but miraculously had a high quality brand new Continental and all at no cost covered by my road hazard warranty. And as all Audi dealerships do, I shud be able to leave the dealership in peace and w a complimentary car wash. If it fits my trunk space, I plan to use the new tire one day, have it installed in a cheap rim, and make it my donut as new Audi's have no more spare tires and provide run-flat tires. I'm an old man still adjusting to this technology. This dealership is highly recommended when y'all are driving long distance from Dallas TX to the Lexington KY area as it's a halfway point especially when you need/want peace of mind by doing a quick check up especially if your vehicle is still covered by Audi's comprehensive service etc warranty. God is good!

Beware of any Gossett owned dealerships in the Memphis area!! Our Audi Q5 had a recall that wasn't…read morerepaired by them correctly, and we have the documentation that backs it up. Due to the incomplete repair, our car recently completely shut down, leaving the car totally disabled (luckily on a side road and not the interstate). . I have the original recall repair order from Gossett Audi, and it shows a technician wrote "INSF" -- insufficient -- next to the underbody seal that was supposed to prevent exactly this failure. We have photographs of the "repair" Gossett made at the time - basically a clear plastic bag with no sealant. Despite towing my car to Gossett for inspection and repairs once we knew it was an incomplete safety recall repair, Gossett says they have no responsibility. It will cost us around $4k to replace the ruined control panel. This has been going on for over 3 weeks now with no resolution. BBB complaint filed - the only reason they responded at all. So first they did not correctly repair a SAFETY RECALL, and when it damaged the car they refuse to take responsibility. Stay away from Gossett!!

That was the reason I went in there - to fix overheating. They left the old pullies in the truck and there was nothing wrong with them. After their "work" I took it to another mechanic who said they really messed it up. New radiator, water pump had wrong bolts in it and a hose was not connected. Cost me over $4000 to fix their mistake. Most costly water pump repair I have ever had!

Breach of Trust Regarding Repair Quote…read more I am writing this to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service department at Audi Memphis. My experience followed a predictable but disappointing pattern: Original Quote: $3,140.44 Final Bill: $3,457.58 Delta: $317.14 A price jump of over 10% after a repair order has been approved is unacceptable. I understood the high cost of the initial quote, but I expected Audi to honor their word. Being told the price changed only after arriving to pick up the vehicle is a poor business practice that leaves customers feeling upset and undervalued. I expected more from a luxury brand. Beyond the pricing discrepancy, the service experience was dismissive. My Audi Service Assistant made me feel insignificant, making me wait while he stayed on a phone call rather than allowing another available advisor to assist with my payment. When he finally did address me, he was rushed and failed to adequately explain the extra charges. I left feeling deflated and unheard. Audi Memphis may see this ordeal differently, but as a customer, this was a profoundly disappointing experience.

Follow-Up on Recent Service Experience…read more Dear Service Manager's, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding the recent service performed on my (2017Jeep) at your dealership April 11, 2026-May 11,2026. After bringing my car in for a leak, I noticed several issues upon retrieving it: 1. Three warning lights appeared on the dashboard immediately after I left the dealership. 2. The vehicle was running unusually hot and emitted smoke from the hood. 3. Upon returning the vehicle, I was informed that significant residue had been left around the repair area. 4. I observed that hoses and screws were not properly secured and were merely zip-tied together. 5. While the staff mentioned that the spark plugs had been changed, this was not documented on the invoice prior to my initial service. Prior to this service, I did not experience any issues with my Jeep. I am now facing multiple problems, and I was informed that, since I drove the vehicle off the lot, the dealership would not cover the repairs without incurring additional charges and a lengthy wait time. Despite the extensive time my vehicle was in your possession--over a month--the issue remains unresolved. This prolonged delay caused significant inconvenience, as I have incurred substantial costs for alternative transportation spent on Uber etc. I appreciate the efforts your team has made thus far, but I feel compelled to emphasize that my experience has not met the standards I expected when I chose your dealership, I believe it is reasonable to expect timely and effective service. I kindly urge you to address this matter promptly. The issue remain unresolved, I may have no choice but to escalate my concerns to the Better Business Bureau and explore other avenues to seek a resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to my vehicle's issues. Best regards, Tara A. Jeep wrangler (Willys) 2017

Matt Owen's from the service department should work at a shady car lot since he will convince you that he will fix your car and do anything but. He had my car for 6 days and barely fixed anything. My 2024 outback came out just as broken as it went in. I didn't make it out of the parking lot before it was doing the exact thing I brought it in for. 3 trips to Memphis 7 calls and a lot of money later they fixed nothing. It's a 2 year old vehicle and my issue was a mystery to these guys. I'm going to buy another Outback but not here. Matt doesn't return calls, doesn't fix Subarus and acts like nothing is wrong when you get irritated enough and drive to the dealership to ask him about it. Do better Subaru!

I was scheduled at 9am, the loaner lady and the check in lady were very nice and very helpful. They were knowledgeable about what they do and things were covered. I left the service dept around 9ish when I got the loaner car. Went back after 1pm, I was asked if I was told if my car was ready, I said no, I just wanted to wait in their waiting room this time. After 2pm, I got a text that the video inspection was ready with the recommendations from the technician. Then I was asked if I declined the recommendation, would I still want the 60k maintenance done. This was 5 hours after my supposed scheduled time. This was not the concerning part. The issue was the recommendation. My coolant was leaking and splatters all over the car. The technician recommended to have an engine replacement/seal which was quoted at $12,000. I declined the recommendation. I had it checked by another technician, and I checked it myself too (I had finished automotive classes but didn't get certified, just wanted to know about it). The issue of my Subaru was actually just worth $14, which was the reservoir cap, needing replacement. The leak, the splatter, and whatever the engine replacement was for, they were just worth $14 and NOT $12,000!!! All I'm saying is, please check and recheck, and ask questions before you say yes to their recommendations! You never know who to trust these days!!! The Service Manager messaged me and said, "it was their fault coz they have a new software that messed up the whole thing!" New software or not, it still needs verification and rechecking before recommending a $12,000 worth to a client! So be careful dealing with them! Do your part and be proactive!
