Example: The week before, they fixed a flat (different tire) which saved me the expense of having to buy a new tire. This week, I got a flat on a different tire (unlucky!). They were able to quickly replace my flat tire with a new one of the same brand, size, and series (would have bought two new tires, but couldn't fit in the budget). Even though their website didn't have any scheduled appointments, Tyler and Chase were able to squeeze me in. They gave me a great price and had me out the door in about 15 minutes. Thank you for the fast, capable service, Tyler and Chase! And after everything (both times), they properly stowed the spare tire! Waiting area is clean, comfortable, with free drinks. It even has a small table and chair set for kids. Garrett Tire & Auto will be my go-to from now on. Highly recommended!

They call me tell me the noise that I was hearing was from my big tires on my truck and charge me for a tire rotation, which I never agreed for them to do. I get to the shop asked them if they would ride with me to hear the noise I was originally talking about. To their surprise, they heard the noise I was originally referring to.I tell them what I think it might be and I left the truck with them to look at it again. I've attached the estimate they gave me to fix what "the issue was". My husband looks at it because he said there's no way that noise could be from what they stated. And what did he find out, sure enough all it was was broken brake clips. This cost me roughly $12 I think to replace. The whole point to this post is to say, wait let your husband look at it or you can just take it to the shop like I did get charged for something it didn't need and then get lied to about an expensive unnecessary repair. Also,I've learned that even though this is 2024 we are still in the 1900s Era where men think women don't know crap.

You will be charged weekly fees that are not explained at the time of purchase making your tire purchase exponentially more expensive. They don't charge interest for financing the tires but they do charge some absurd "insurance" and "taxes" on a weekly basis that conveniently workout about the same as if you were paying interest. At best they are disingenuous in advertising 6 months same as cash but I believe the truth is that RNR makes their money misleading people about the cost of their product and the nature of their services. Most other tire shops offer the same or similar financing options without the added scam that RNR tries to pull, I'd recommend going literally anywhere else for your automotive needs. As of today I have paid over 900 dollars for 2 tires for a 2015 Honda accord, don't make the same mistake.

I came in because my front driver tire pressure sensor went off twice in one day so I took it into this Discount Tire. Sure enough, they found that my wheel had a crack which was causing the tire to lose pressure quickly. Howard pointed out to me that it was about time for a new set of 4 tires anyways since the tread was low. Since my vehicle's stock wheel needed some calls around other sources to find, he did his due diligence in trying to find the exact model. Unfortunately there weren't any available, so he gave me some options and in the end I decided to replace the rims so that they would all match. He told me the set of 4 tires would be there in 3 days (it was Tuesday so it would be there by Friday), but I wanted to wait on the wheels to deliver which were expected the following Wednesday. Howard called me today (Monday) and let me know the wheels came in early, so I went in after work to have them installed. Total time was about 30 minutes to install. I appreciate Howard and his team's genuine care for customers and providing reliable service when in a bind. I'm very satisfied with how everything went and will be back if/when I have tire or wheel issues.

They lifted the front end and said the bottom bearings were starting to go bad (which probably are). They estimated a cost of over $1,000.00 to fix and align the wheels. Then they put it on a lift and said the muffler could not be rewelded and would need to be replaced at an estimated cost of $475.00. I had the mufflered wired in place due to an accident that broke the wield. Jim Craig removed the wire and put it back on the bracket even though I told him the bracket was broken but he assured me, it would be ok until I could bring the truck back in next week. Well needless to say, I didn't make it home before the muffler hit the ground. This place is not trustworthy and may inflate their prices for select customers. I've gotten a second opinion $700.00 for the bearings and alignment and $50 to reweld the unwieldable muffler. BIG difference in $750.00 verses $1,470.00. Shame on them.
