That being said - this particular location has a total lack of communication. For example, Car estimate was completed and car was dropped off. Vehicle was totaled, but we wanted it repaired. Told manager would have to call us back - 10 days and 2 more calls into the business - no response. Few updates other than a text while car was in the shop. Went in to pay for vehicle (upon completion) - bill was $1000 more than the stated cost when I spoke to an individual. I pointed it out, and was told it was due to a specific part. Angerly I took the receipt and went home for the weekend. Studying it over the weekend, it was more evident that we were overcharged $1000. Went in to the business on Tuesday - and when questioning the receptionist, I was told, "Oh yeah, you were overcharged - but we credited that back to you already." OK - little suggestion for improving customer service - try calling and acting a bit apologetic about your mistake - even after I brought it to your attention 2x. Being on the N end of Walton Blvd. - not super convenient to drive by the shop for updates and follow up. Not sure who's responsible for this aspect of your business - but they should be replaced immediately. Final big shock - our price of repair went up 85% from the original estimate! We made a decision to fix our vehicle vs. taking scrap value from the insurance company based on the original estimate that would have meant $600 out of pocket over our deductible. After we got the settlement check - our estimate went up nearly $4000. End of the day - repair cost us over $5K out of pocket. We might have made other decisions had the original estimate been more accurate. I had used Morey's previously in Bella Vista, and was super happy. When I found out that Joe Hudson's had purchased that business, I was hoping for a similar experience.......unfortunately, it was night and day.

They…read morefailed to fix my mirror correctly, did not replace the parts that were paid for, and damaged new parts. Unbelievable. Visit 1: Everything was paid for by my neighbor who hit my mirror with a bicycle. My car was brought in. At pick up, it was clear that the trim piece had not been replaced as discussed and paid for. When I called I was told that the technician decided on his own that it didn't look damaged so he didn't replace it.... Visit 2: Trim was replaced. However I had to adjust the mirror this time. It was revealed that the mechanics of the mirror were not fixed the first time, as it still couldn't move up or down. It can be assumed that the movement was not checked by the technician before returning the vehicle. Visit 3: The wiring was fixed. However, now at pick up my new trim piece was damaged and scratched up even more from when the bike hit my mirror! (Photos listed). There was no rag or cloth put in between my trim and the tool used to remove the mirror. Resulting in new damage!! Complete lack of care for the vehicle. Visit 4: Shop said they'd purchase me a whole new side mirror set up. This visit they finally replaced it correctly.

We were told by Josh Talburt the owner of Pud's Paint/Fab & Collision the car would be ready on Wednesday 2/15/23. I called Wednesday and was told it would be ready until Friday. When my wife and I went to pick up the car on Friday the car was covered in dust with the keys on the roof parked outside. The interior of the car was filthy with stains on the front seats. The Drivers door where the dent was looked like someone painted with a spray can. We told Josh that this was unacceptable. He said he would "Buff it out". He did. When the car was retuned to us later on Friday there was a dent that was not there Friday morning. Josh told us to bring it back and he could "PDR" the dent. I told Josh Talburt this is not where I will do business ever in the future. I have several cars that I wanted to give to him for restoration. I suggest anyone reading this to think twice before taking any vehicle to this business! I spent all day Saturday 2/18/23 cleaning up the mess that "PUD'S Paint Fab & Collision left for me. The remedy that Josh Talburt gave me was he charged me $500 instead of the agreed estimate of $750 to $800. Trust me I would rather of paid the $800 to have my car done right. This is no way to run a business. Josh Talburt's exscuses were everything from supply chain issues to "I had an emergency road service. The last exscuse on Friday was one of his workers Uncles I believe had a heart attack! Again do yourself a favor do not use this business!

Last Friday we had a deer jump in front of our 2016 Chevy 2500. We have significant damage to the front bumper, air dam and grill. Without hesitation this morning we took this one to Pud's also.
