CAN I RATE IT NEGATIVE 10??? DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Kyle, the manager, took the title to my boyfriend's car, a Porsche, which had been in an accident. He moved out of state and continually kept in contact with Kyle about what he was going to do with it. Kyle assured him his car was OK. In July, Kyle claimed there was a flood and they "couldn't find his car" but it would be OK. We still communicated with him because now we decided we were going to bring it to us in Washington and sell it for parts. The interior was immaculate. Exterior was crashed, and unusable. Come October, we called again because we kept getting "I'll call you back" or "he's not in right now and he knows where your car is on the lot". Finally, after an intense conversation, Kyle admitted to us (speakerphone) he SOLD the car. "Please don't call the owner because he doesn't know." But he was "going to make it right" and send some money to us. No money came. Then in November he told us he was paying for this out of pocket so it would be a few more days. Still no money. The last lie he told us was "we're waiting for the buyer to pay us before we can pay you". Finally, I called the police today in bentonville. When the officer called and spoke with Kyle, the lying rat bastard gave a whole different story. That there was NO communication for 6 months (I have phone records to prove he's lying), that the owner DID know, which means he's just as sleazy as Kyle, and finally, NO ONE signed the title of the car. Kyle FORGED the title of the car and we do intend on pressing charges against him AND the company for illegal practices, forgery, theft and selling of stolen property. He tried to come back to the police saying we owed for storage, but he sold the car MONTHS ago. Plus, every time, including when he finally confessed to selling the car, promising to pay us for it, last time in December, never ONCE was there anything about back storage. When it was asked, "we've got plenty of space on the lot. Don't even worry about it." Kyle knew from the moment my boyfriend walked in that he had every intention of selling this car immediately. And he did. He admitted to the police he sold a Porsche for $200. Recaro seats, $1000 each. Porsche brakes, steering wheel, rims, interior were PERFECT. They're thieves. Don't go to them. I have no doubt they're putting used parts in your car when they say their selling you new. That's how shady they are. read more

Brown's Collision of Bentonville has had my car for a month. I travel and let them know my travel schedule and they still did not have my car ready. They admitted to me they fixed cars ahead of mine because those people were not out of town and needed their car back soon. Brown responded with, "It happens every day." I also believe they did unnecessary repairs. However they were approved by my insurance. I attempted to stop some of the repairs with my insurance. Brown's Collision Center representatives said they had to make all the repairs in responsibility to the lien holder. I inspected the car, one of the cheaper parts were not replaced. I only give Brown a 1 star because zero was not an option. I had complete and full expectation my car would be ready. I also had a difficult time calling them. Kyle was usually unavailable or gone everytime I called. I also based on conversation with an employee. I wish I knew his name. Brown hair, beard, has a tat sleeve and is pretty condescending when you are expressing displeasure to him. I do not feel that Brown's Collision Center values the sacrifices Service members make to get in harms way so their their lives and loved ones do not come into harms way here at home. Outstanding customer service! I made one phone call, and they took it from there. I cannot say enough good things about Jennifer, who handled my vehicle repair from beginning to end. I used to live in Bentonville and remembered the reputation Brown's had for quality repair work at fair prices, and though I live in Fort Smith now, I gave them a call. Jennifer suggested I text photos of the damage, and I had an estimate later that day. She took the time to communicate with me regularly via text and then arranged for me to drop off the vehicle during non business hours considering I was coming from an hour away. In a day and age where personal communication and customer service seems to have been replaced with automated programs and self-service, Brown's has maintained a commitment to customer care and satisfaction. It is a business others should imitate. It was as if they went out of their way to make me feel valued as a customer. On top of it all, Brown's had the lowest estimate for my repair work. Highly recommend this shop! We live in TX and our college student had a hit and run accident. Her car not drivable. I contacted Browns and they suggested I have the car towed to their location. The towing company had an error and tried to deliver the wrong car, and Jennifer intervened and rejected the delivery including a very expensive towing charge. We later located the car and Brown's picked it up. I also had phone conversations with Mr. Brown and Joe, I think, and they were efficient and helpful. The car was finished in 2 weeks and they held the car until we could retrieve it, including picking my daughter up at the airport. It was a very stressful time for me and I appreciate their hospitality. read more

I recently picked up my vehicle (TODAY!) from Brown's. I am happy to say that the customer service is beyond excellent. When I was out n about getting quotes, I had my 3 year old twins with me which if anyone knows toddlers, especially multiples its not a easy task. Anyhow, they took the time to explain everything to me as I have never had to do this before. My van looks fantastic!!! When I pulled into the lot I was looking for my not so white Honda Odyssey and it was no where to be found BECAUSE IT WAS WHITE AGAIN! I am so beyond pleased with this company!! Thank you again! It's good to know that I have a shop that I can take my vehicles to that I can trust. I had a great experience when I had to have my Mustang repaired after being in an accident. Great communication, great customer service, great workmanship and work was done in a timely manner. They were also in my insurance company's preferred network so that was a plus. I have had quite a few friends that have had work done on their cars at Brown's and every one of them had a great experience as well. I have used Brown's Collision center twice in the last 3 years as the result of minor traffic accidents ( traffic in Bentonville and Little Rock rush hour is horrible). They have been excellent to work with. Quickly got my estimate done, set a schedule, were accommodating when I had to reschedule due to a funeral, seamlessly arranged for my rental. GREAT service from these folks. Repairs look like it is brand new and was on time! They work with Farmer's Insurance so you don't have to mess with a bunch of extra paperwork. I would highly recommend them. The only draw back was not on Brown's but Enterprise Rent A Car who attempted to give me a car that smelled like a sweaty butt.
