I had a small issue with the repair done about 5 weeks ago so I went back. Once again I was treated wonderful. After telling the manager (I'm ashamed that I forgot his name) of my issue he told me that it was a minor fix and he would have his guys get to it right away. Wait, what?! After around 20 minutes or so my car was ready to hit the road again! I can't tell you how surprised and pleased I was that not only did they fix the issue but did it right then! I was referred to this company by my auto insurance (USAA). I should have followed my gut and taken my car to the actual dealership for repair. While inspecting my car upon return/completion of repair, I noticed my seatbelt was damaged. The employee took pictures and said he would discuss with his manager. I had to call multiple times only to be denied and told that they didn't cause the damages. The employee also stated my dogs caused the damage. Upon initial review, I could see how they thought that was a good defense. However, if you continue to pull out the seatbelt where you feed it into the side compartment it's shredded. Anyone without a background in cars can see that some type of drill or machinery created this kind of shredding. Second, none of the other seatbelts in my car have any damage. Mysteriously, my dogs chew the seatbelt on the same side of the car that needed repairs (SARCASM). I usually don't waste my energy on this kind of ridiculousness. I try to stay far away from disgruntled customer land. But, I have some free time so I'm going to make sure this company understands that taking accountability for mistakes is customer service 101! How difficult is it to replace one seat belt? USAA needs to take this company off of its referral list. read more

I would give them zero stars if I could. They used the wrong parts, wrong paint and the vehicle is in worse shape than before they worked on it. read more

I would not recommend this shop at all. We wrecked my car in Panama City on April 10, 2022. Allstate set up an appointment for an estimate the next day. We live 5 hours away so my brother in law took off work to take my car in. We were informed right before my appointment that my appointment was moved to the April 22nd. Once the estimate was complete, allstate stated that my car was repairable. Joe Hudson's stated they didn't think my car was repairable and we should find a mom and pop shop to fix my car. When I explained Allstate said it was, they gave me an appointment for June 29, 2 months away. Then they moved that appointment to The end of July and then the end of august, without notifying us. Their manager and employees are rude and disrespectful. Finally because we were given the runaround for over a month, allstate towed my car to Ford Collision Center in Clermont and on May 16 my estimate was complete, with repairs complete on June 7. My car is great now. No thanks the Joe Hudson of Panama City Worst customer service I've ever experienced in a business. Thumbs down read more

It is amazing how good the reviews were in 2018 .this was all before the hurricane Joe Hudson Collison Center in Panama City FL was number one.then the Hurricane hit and took the building down .I will say that this company took very good care of their employees that worked for them .they went above and beyond to help them and to send them to other shops to work .they rebuild the shop and most of the employees came back home to work agan.this shop was like a family.but since it has reopened from the hurricane this shop has had so many different bosses in a year in a half .and no one seemed to know what they were doing or just didn't care. Some of the employees that had worked for this company for years left as for no work was coming in .and some stayed because they were thankful for the company taking care of them when times were bad .and hoped that it would pick up .but it did a little but not like it was.i am all about making money for the shop and making money for me.I have been with this company for 9 years never missed time can do all the jobs in the shop and worked for more then 6 bosses since reopen and never been wrote up or in trouble .go into work last week and this new boss called me in and said she don't want me in this shop anymore and fired me .I was the last one of the employees that was left from the shop before the hurricane. Said my work performance is the reason I was fired imangtion that 9 years later my work is not good.guess that is what they told her when she was fired from the other body shop. Two of our cars received damaged during hurricane Michael. We originally scheduled appointments at the Dothan location for April because of the damage to the Panama City location. The Dothan location called a week before we were suppose to bring the cars in and informed us they couldn't do the work. So we scheduled the repairs at the Panama City location one car June 19th and the other July 11th. My wife called Monday to make sure the car was still on the schedule for the 19th and was told yes to bring the car in. When she arrived today she was informed the work could not be done because Geicos estimate was wrong and it will be an additional $2300. She asked the gentleman why they didn't tell her this when she brought the car in to be looked at in April and his reply was the guy no longer works her but you can go to Gerber and ask him. He also told her you can leave the car but we wont do anything until Geico comes back out to look at it. Not being able to get our cars repaired is bad enough but the treatment my wife received today from your employee/company is inexcusable and unprofessional. read more
