While finishing up putting my old window back in, I brought up the scratch and he acted like it was nothing and said he could fix it. He then said, "What if I go around the Tesla and find other scratches?" basically trying to justify the damage he caused. He even said he would scratch his own car if that would make me feel better. He finished putting my OLD cracked window back in, meaning I was still stuck with the same cracked window I was paying to have replaced. Then he starts talking about how he normally doesn't come out on Sundays and says I should go to someone else because now he would be breaking even. Then he tells me if I want him to come back, I would have to pay him MORE. He also told me I'm complaining like his girlfriend. That's when I told him to get the f out. He left. After he left, I checked the car and found out the passenger speaker wasn't working. I also found the piece holding the speaker to the door was broken. When I got in my car, it smelled like trashy cologne, and the steering wheel was greasy. I asked him what he sprayed in the car and he said nothing. He left the sensor box under the mirror hanging and tried to delay fixing it until my next visit to pressure me into coming back. I insisted he fix it immediately. Come to find out, he glued the sensor box back to my old windshield, and now I will have to buy a new one. I found this out by another business who ended up replacing my glass. He threw a tantrum, yelled at me, interrupted me, called me slurs, and mocked me for asking about the cologne smell. I have migraines and cannot do intense smells.
