I too went there a long time ago; was told I needed work on two teeth. Went to another dentist who…read moredidn't see any work was needed, so for at least 10 years nothing has been done on the teeth they said needed repairs.

This is hands down the worst experience I've ever had with a dentist. Had to call the office and…read morebilling for over a year off and on because they billed the wrong insurance 4 times. THEN found out that they told me "they took my insurance" when I first called to make an appointment, only to find out post-operation that my insurance was not in-network. Telling someone that they'll take your insurance but not letting them know you're out of network until after the work is done is shady. After I discovered those issues, I found out they billed my insurance incorrectly multiple times. The first few times, the receptionist told me they had sent the billing out in June (appointment was in early May), but when I called my insurance company they said they hadn't been billed until late August. I had to fill out complaints online for them to even call me back half the time just to get the runaround. They'll tell you what you want to hear to get you to stop calling and then dodge your calls for another month. When I finally got to talk to someone in central billing, she was incredibly helpful and continued to push it through until we finally got to the end of it a full year after the procedure was done and the interest-free period on my care credit had run out. As far as the procedure itself, I went in for a dental bridge and the temporary bridge they put in first was crooked and looked terrible. I had to live with that for two months while waiting for the permanent bridge. The work on the permanent bridge was decent and I have no complaints with the bridge itself. However, I went to a new dentist this week that was in-network for my insurance because of some discomfort near the dental bridge. When they did the X-rays, they found that the root canal on one of the teeth was done so horribly that I now need to see an Endodontist to see how they can correct the work that was done and replace the root. In the new dentist's words. "it looks like they may have had some difficulty on this tooth and didn't fully fix the problem for you." After this absolutely horrific experience, I'd advise every person looking for a dentist to stay as far away from this office as possible. 6,000 dollars of a mistake later for terrible work and terrible customer service, I've learned my lesson.
