Literally the worse dealership I have ever came across. The staff is always changing. Since the beginning I purchased two Nissans from Joey maus and they both were what I would consider lemons. The 1st one had a HUGE hole in the floor which was covered up with a mat and the radio was malfunctioning. The 2nd Nissan had $11,000 worth of work to be done and they did the bare minimum to fix the issue. I purchased my 3rd car from this location which was a Toyota rav4 and my "engine/oil light" keeps coming on meaning an issue with the system but they kept resetting it as if that would work. I spoke with JB who's supposed to be a manger there and he told me to take the car to Toyota, I get there and they told the sales rep that they can't do it. Wasted an entire day at Toyota while I was under the impression that this situation was being taken care of. Afterwards Spoke to manager GRAYSON PRESSLEY the general sales manager and when I say the biggest JERK EVER. He stated no matter what JB says getting my car fixed was not happening. The attitude that this guy GREYSON PRESSLEY has is very disgusting and utterly DISGRACEFUL... I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

The tech asked me to pull right into the bay where they began setting up a new account while I could hear the tech begin working on our vehicle below. Within a few minutes, another vehicle pulled into the bay beside me. This oil change process ended up taking 55 minutes and nothing seemed to be wrong, although seemed a bit short staffed, the vehicle beside me ended up likely taking about 50 minutes for their same oil change. I hope to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that they may be working out some things on their end with their process but I read on their website that their instant oil change should take 15 minutes. I'll give it another shot when my vehicle is due again but hope that things are smoother next time as my patience ran thin.

However there was an older guy and older woman with glasses who im guessing might be management as they were giving orders but didnt seem very interested in actually doing the work. The woman with glasses seemed as if she had an attitude when speaking to the other employees as well as rolling her eyes. And spesking to them as if they were dumb. I like the convienece of being able to get in and out quick with my work schedule but i dont think i will be recommending this place until they have better people running it.

I only went in for an oil change and, when I got out of the car, I accidentally left my wallet inside. I didn't worry because I could pay with my phone, but when the service was done, I noticed they had gone through my wallet: all my cards were out of place and had oil stains on them. On top of that, my car came out with a problem it didn't have before. I heard a strange noise and, when I checked, I discovered that the protective plate had been put back incorrectly and was being held up with six plastic straps instead of the original bolts. When I complained to the manager, she denied everything. First, she said no one had touched my wallet (despite the obvious oil stains on the cards), and then claimed my car had already been missing two bolts--which was completely false--since they had improvised with plastic straps instead of actually knowing how the protective plate should be installed. Seriously, never go to this place.

I came back close to the designated time, and when I arrived they said that it would be about 3.5-4hr long wait time due to the volume of customers(which i was 5th in line). While sitting in line another associate approached the one checking me in and said, "hey this guy is here for something with his tires and said he had a 7/8am appointment, do you want me to tell him to f**k off?" Both my husband and I have had similar experiences here with appointment issues where we have been told even with an appointment that our wait time would be 2-3 hours due to walk-ins ahead of us.
