They handled everything. American Family actually wanted to drop us from their insurance a while ago because I have a Black Lab/Rottweiler mix dog that we adopted. The nicest dog you would ever meet and would slobber all over you, but someone somewhere at AmFam panicked after seeing 'Rottweiler'. We've been trying to get assistance from our account manager, Marlena Shaffer, but she mentioned she has no authority to resolve the issue. As we all know, an agent should step in and support their client when problems arise -- but that hasn't been the case here. I've even tried to find out who our main company representative is, without any success. Overall, it's been a frustrating experience with unprofessional and unskilled service.
