I wasn't going to get the new drain shipped in time from the brand I really wanted, so Nik drove to 3 Ferguson home stores to find the part we wanted. I would never have expected that, but he went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. He was also very detail oriented and when we brought up a couple minor things that needed to be fixed, he quickly responded and had his team adjust.
