Being 1300 miles from home, and Johnny's service center being closed, I took the chance that maybe one of their sales associates might still be around. I was in luck, a salesman who was just leaving for the day picked up the phone and after explaining my dilemma, he readily agreed to have our RV towed to Johnny's service center. Monday morning 8:00am I arrived at Johnny's and the great folks in the service center immediately began working on my RV along with installing a new hitch for our truck. Each and every employee I came in contact with was upbeat and with an attitude of we'll get this situation fixed for you and get you back on the road. Patrick is like Superman, he is always helping out and ordering the correct parts, keeping us informed about the costs and the timeframe of the service. The storage facility is safe and secure and very convenient for any service needed. Just do it and your RV will be happy you did...so for RV service Zach is your man. Regarding RV storage, Ashton is the one to talk with, while with parts and service Patrick is, like I said, Superman. If you don't have an RV and you're looking for a boat give Momentum and call and ask for Nick, he will help you out with his skills. AVOID. SCAMMERS. DAMAGED MY VEHICLE…read more Tech caused damage to my vehicle that forced me to sell it. Never had issues prior to having added work done at Carperter's Campers. Work was extremely overpriced and unprofessional with tape that was drooping on my heat shielding on my exhaust pipe at pick up and hanging wires I had to secure myself. Within a couple of days of picking it up, I had various electrical lights flashing I had never seen before. I called Carpenter's who offered to install MORE issues for more money. I brought it to the dealership who offered extremely pricey diagnostics and repairs worth more than what the vehicle was worth that would have just "undone Carpenter's damage". Contacted Carpenter's Campers management on this issue, they stone walled me and would not compromise for their damages without proof from dealership. All this with less than a week before my move across the country. I tried to contact a lawyer on short notice but ended up selling my previously perfectly drivable vehicle, with overpriced, DAMAGING work from Carpenter's Campers because I had to move, and I could not move this car safely cross country. Do not trust this dealership. They will damage your property with no shame.
