They never pressured the sale but were the only ones who were true to their word from the get go. 1st day was pouring rain so we went back the next and had narrowed it down to two, when we went back the second day he made us an offer we couldn't refuse, ended up not getting either of our top two and instead ended up with our dream camper for way less than anything we had seen or been offered! It was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership hands down! If this one doesn't last us the rest of our lives I'll be going back to get our next. In May 2023, I purchased a brand-new Class A motorhome from them, dealing primarily with Tammy Brannon for financing. She shamelessly pushed me to buy an extended warranty for an additional five years, claiming that it would cover everything once the manufacturer's warranty expired. I was duped into paying around $20,000 for this so-called "extended coverage." Since then, I have had to pay out of pocket more than $5,000 for repairs that should have been covered under the warranty. They have outright refused to pay for essential repairs such as to the washer, heating system, and antifreeze hose--denying claims with blatant lies. This company is nothing but a scam artist operation, making false promises to extract money and then abandoning their customers once they have it. The dealership is completely untrustworthy, unprofessional, and unscrupulous. They will say anything to get your money and then completely ignore you once they have it. Avoid this dealer at all costs--they are con artists and frauds who care only about ripping you off. Do not let them take advantage of you as they did me.

Beware of Joe's RVs & Campers…read more Should have known from the second I turned down the driveway to this place to bail. My girlfriend and I went to Joe's to purchase a travel trailer that had been posted on Facebook Marketplace. We were greeted by Joe's Uncle and Joe. They showed us to the camper and allowed us to look around and test the AC, outlets, refrigerator etc. All were in working order. The exterior was a little faded but it is a 15 year old camper. The interior looked amazing for its age. There was some obviously added carpet but Joe assured us there was carpet there prior that was dirty and warn so he replaced it. We inquired about water damage and were told there was no water damage and the roof had just been resealed 6 months prior. Joe said he had purchased the camper from an older lady whose husband was sick and unable to use it. We settled on a price were both happy with. It trailered nice. Everything went downhill we got home. My girlfriend and I planned on changing the flooring and painting some interior surfaces. You know kind of a Pinteresty update. We pulled up that odd carpet and found a half in thick piece of that cheap plywood covering the floor in the galley and bathroom. Uh oh....what is he hiding under here? Pulled that up and found the subfloor to be the consistency of wet paper. No water damage huh Joe? Small update turned into a entire restoration. Long story short. DO NOT go to Joe's RVs & Campers looking for honesty, quality repair work or quality travel trailers. We were lied to from beginning to end. Silver lining, the only thing quality I will be getting out of this is the time spent with my girlfriend working on this thing.

We bought a camper from them on Friday 12/30/22. When looking at it they informed us that there was a previous leak and they had repaired it. Physically you could see the repair. Basically all they did was put a band aid on a bullet hole. We decided to remove the couch in the main area and when we did the carpet was wet. So we dug a little deeper and removed the panel they so called repaired and there was very minor repairs and still wet wood in the area. They didn't even repair the whole area. We read the reviews before arriving, but decided we were going to give them the benefit of the doubt since every situation is different. They seemed like pretty good guys through the whole process of buying, but now we are beating ourselves up pretty bad for giving them a chance. We definitely learned our lesson.

I've purchased a few items for my Travel Trailer from Camping World at a different location, but…read morethis is the first time I've needed them for service. Mariah is a goddess! My travel trailer lost a wheel on I-65 about 3 miles from the Hwy. 59 exit. After sitting along the interstate for 4 hours, and several attempts to find a towing service we were finally able to get it towed to the Camping World in Robertsdale AL by 6:00 pm on a Monday. Tuesday morning we went in to see if they would be able to fix it and how long it would take. That's when we met Mariah! She took a few notes, inspected the damage and immediately got 2 service technicians out to look at it as well. Mariah said to give her time to call around to see if they could get parts, and she would stay in touch. I got several calls with updates through the morning and by early afternoon she called with an estimate for cost and timing. By 3:00 the trailer was repaired and we were back in the road to our destination. We anticipated it would take several days and drain our budget. Mariah got us back on the road in 6 hours (from when they opened on Tuesday morning.) and the cost was reasonable as well. She deserves a raise!

He began to spew out negative remarks about they couldn't refund me the $1000 down payment because they use it to get the camper service for sale. I adv him about me calling and he stated that we don't give that money back so I began to argue with him and he stated that he doesn't have time for that and would have his manager to call me. I did call the Corporate and the Secretary seen where I called twice. I adv. her what was going on and she agreed that they can't keep my money and I have the right to cancel. Brian needs an attitude check; very rude person and he made Antonio look stupid. I have advised my family and everyone that I know in the North to not buy anything from Camping World across the Globe, go somewhere else. You RUIN it for everybody Brian.
