I really liked this coffee shop! Service was lightning fast and pleasant, so much so I left a tip. The decor is warm and inviting. I had a white mocha and a BLAT (bacon, lettuce, avacodo, and tomato) that I was pleased with. The sandwich was made with intention and the ingredients (namely the bread) were quality. My first time in Old Greenwich called for a tea, and Joe's Studio Cafe pleasantly satisfied my need for one. I was captivated by the quaint nature of the shop's exterior, which compelled me to step inside and discover more. To my surprise, the atmosphere completely changed upon walking in. The low-lighting, sunken arm-chairs, minimalist decor, and two different kinds of wall paper made me feel as if I was in a hip organic store. One that I would not have expected to be found in Old Greenwich, which made this cafe all the more unique. My boyfriend ordered an Earl Grey tea and it was perfect! He especially liked how the tea bag was a filter, an essential must-have when getting tea. The service was quick and the staff were friendly. I'm pleased to know that Joe's Studio Cafe exists in Old Greenwich, as I can come back in the future to show my friends and family who will appreciate it just as much as I do. :) read more

We happened to be in old Greenwich (cute town) to pick up,something and I was in the mood for a cappuccino. Dunkin' Donuts was across the street but I wanted something a bit more upscale. I read the reviews on Yelp and this place sounded perfect, and it didn't disappoint. As you walk in you feel like you have arrived to someone's home. Just beyond that homeyness is the counter. I placed an order for a cappuccino and a blueberry muffin. He offered to heat it up, which was exactly what I wanted. The cappuccino was delicious. The muffin was too, although the center remained cold, he must have microwaved it, toasting it would have been preferred. Regardless, we would give it another try. read more

An amazing addition to Old Greenwich, Joe Studio is a laid back atmosphere unique to the area with an incredible selection of healthy, yummy and unique cafe drinks, smoothies and juices. With comfy arm chairs and hands down the best coffee around (ask for anything and they'll blend the beans for a unique flavor/brew). The folks working here are super kind and helpful which also makes it a really great place to stop in. Joes will officially be getting all of my coffee/juice/smoothie/cafe business from now on! I do hope they add breakfast sandwiches and some additional healthy breakfast/lunch food options soon. Wish I could give 10 stars! read more

I've been coming here since they first opened & Joe Studio is HANDS DOWN my favorite coffee in the area! What made me stop by was their social media presence! They let their Instagram followers know that they roast their own coffee fresh in house & THAT drew me in! The first time I walked in here I noticed how adorable this place is! It gives you that cool coffee shop vibe that you hope for when looking for a coffee shop! I absolutely LOVE their cartoon logo they put on their coffee sleeves! My go to is pictured- a Medium Almond Iced Oat Milk Latte!! I just looove their espresso- so Smokey & dark & full bodied! Paired with a syrup & oat milk, you have yourself a creamy latte PACKED with flavor. Also, they have a great selection of bakery items, bars, smoothies & healthy lattes! This is a versatile coffee shop that offers more than just coffee ;) I always look forward to coming here! read more

The coffee is easily 5 stars. It is the best coffee in town and best I've had outside of Europe. I am new in the area and I went every day for 2 weeks, sometimes twice a day. Unfortunately, I have decided to stop going because the girl that is usually working there is so unfriendly. A simple reciprocal smile or "good morning" would go a long way! I gave it a whole 2 weeks thinking she would recognize me and warm up. The other staff members are more pleasant but I only saw them a couple times. I have started going out of my way to go to CFCF instead. I'll sacrifice a little on the coffee quality to start my day off with a pleasant interaction. read more

OK lets just talk about this place for a minute or probably more...i don't drink coffee but my family does (all back home because of covid) and they will not go anywhere else. I on the other hand am a tea gal with no caffine-and what does Joe Studio do?...they take two sometimes three tea bags (brand will not be disclosed because it is so precious) and they actually STEEP my iced tea for an amount of time that makes my mint tea so divine that I never want to leave AND they bring my dogs fresh ice water while I am sipping my divine tea. Let it be said that I have no connection with these artisans and I write a lot of reviews but they deserve these five stars like no body's business. Thank you for coming to Old Greenwich. Oh and one more thing--they turned me on to hydrogen water which I now buy by the case and drink every day because it is another thing they sell that makes your feel amazing. read more

I asked the person taking my order what syrups they had and she didn't know besides hazelnut ... not written anywhere either. I asked for the hazelnut and I got a coffee without any syrup at all. The coffee isn't good ... for the $12 for 2 plain iced coffees I'll be going to starbucks and getting a coffee WITH syrup and where the barista knows the menu. read more
