I didn't know what the underling conditions were, but just knew that it was an emergency. It happened in the evening and I needed someone to come out immediately. That same day, I called Bernard at 4:30pm, just for him to instantly respond, and come over to my home by 6pm! He was able to properly evaluate the issue, give me a full diagnosis of the issue, and provided me a solution that would not only guaranteed my home's restoration but was also extremely cost efficient! I had 3 rooms in my home that's were all connected on the same circuit breaker (very old home) causing constant power overloads constantly and wire burn outs. Bernard, said that he would separate these rooms into different breakers on my panel. (E.g, I needed a minor heavy up for my electric panel) He quoted me an insanely good price for labor AND materials. He gave a breakdown of where he would buy the materials, the exact amount each one would cost, and gave me a step by step break down of how he would fix my issue. Quoted a $69 fee to come out which is waived if you commit to the requested project. Time-Frame given was between 8-10am, Miquel showed up a little after 8 ready to work. Miquel did his inspection and gave me a total quote which included parts, labor & taxes. Clear & transparent on costs which is appreciated. Miquel did the job professionally & quickly, he walked me through the working part to ensure everything was correct. He also ensured that I received the receipt via email before leaving. Miquel also was conscious of cleaning up, and he wore booties over his shoes without being asked. Definitely would recommend Jab & Sons, from scheduling to installation.

He and his assistant busted their humps to figure out the problem but it turned out to be something REALLY odd that nobody had run into before. Long story short, he had to leave due to previous appointments but he scheduled a return visit and was able to track things down and fix the issue with minimal trouble. You could call it "minimally invasive surgery" on my house :). At all times he was polite, friendly, professional and he and his crew all got along very well (despite what Lauren H. had to say about him). They even swept my floors to clean up any mess they had made. I don't know what going rates are for electrician work but the fact that he came out on a moments notice on Saturday morning and charged what I considered to be a reasonable fee gets a big thumbs up from me.

I had a plumber come in for a consultation so that I could buy a tank-less water heater. I paid…read morefor a consultation so that I could buy a water heater that fitted with my home set up. I did not want to have to make changes to my house. I wanted to get a system that was compatible with my current set up. He gave me his advice and I ordered a Rheem 36kw tank-less water heater as instructed. He installed it and the next day it blew a fuse. Ok, no biggie. A few days later, it cut off again and would not turn back on. Called in an electrician and it turns out that the plumber didn't know what he was talking about. The fuse in my disconnet box blew because he hooked up the water heater's electrical components dangerously incorrect. The Rheeem he suggested requires 4 double 40 breakers to power it. He hooked it up to 1 double 30 breaker. Of course the system was too strong for the breaker and the wiring. I'm grateful my house didn't catch on fire but now I need to changed the breakers, upgrade wiring, and add additional disconnects to work the system properly. F that plumber. I paid him to avoid this. Enter Mister Electrical to the rescue. The tech came out. He was professional and extremely respectful of my home, even took extra time to make sure he didn't leave a spot behind him. After examining the set up and talking with his senior, the tech said they would take some time to make sure they get it right. He didn't want to give me any misleading information. The Senior plumber, being made aware of my situation, took a few days to go over the manual and my set up to find the best course of action for my problem. After a few days, he came up with a solution to hook it up to 2 double 60 amp breakers and to run it at a lower setting (the normal power settings were far beyond what I could ever use... damn plumber). At the end of the day, I appreciate how Mister Electric took the time to find the best solution to my specific problem. They were always respectful of my home and money. They could have rightfully charged me $5000 to hook it up like the manual basic instruction. But they took the time and effort to learn the system and find a way to save me over $3000 dollars. Integrity is priceless. Call Mister Electrical now.
