Yep I'm definitely a fan of this insurance office! From the moment I stepped in to their office I am greeted with smiles from their agents and then a keychain was thrown at me and said "catch!" Wow they were so courageous and yes I caught the keychain. But I am actually impressed at how great their services were and the easy explanation they offered. If you're in the SGV and have some free time, definitely check this place out. My previous premium went up this year and my agent simply said its a state wide increase and no other explaination was provided. Puzzled and not willing to give in, I stopped by this office since it was a block away from me. Took a day to submit all the required info but guess what? My premium dropped to even less than before the increase! I was able to cancel my previous premium before the cycle kicked in so I AM DEFINITELY A HAPPY CAMPER!
