When I addressed the attendant to the issue, she simply shrugged and said she preferred the top loaders to the fronts. No offer to rewash them, no apologies, nada. Also, there is no handsoap in the bathrooms, just a sign that says it is kept at the front desk. Now, how many people do you think wipe, flush, and walk up there to get it and go back and wash? That means that there is staph infectious germs on handles throughout the facility. I would soon wash my clothes in the river than come here again.

The best part of my excursion to Burton's laundry, however was the young lady named Dakota. She was clearly a natural at excellent customer service and she really helped above and beyond. I hope this young lady gets recognized for the dedication that she gives to customer service and her job. She was delightful.

I had my card out ready to pay when I dropped them off (customary where I come from) but the lady said to pay when I picked up. She knew she spotted an easy mark. When I received my email confirmation to pick them up it said my total was $64 for 3 orders of 7 pcs. assumed it was a typo, it wasn't. apparently some shirts need to be pressed by hand and that's $10.80 per shirt. I have a pretty short fuse so I expressed my disapproval tapped my card, took my shirts and left. Never again. This took place at the Erskine road location. I expected better service from a company that has been around for so long.

Although there are very little staff interactions (how it's supposed to be), everything on the touchscreens are easy to use. It's amazing to see what technology can do today. I'm not sure if the improved technology is more recent, but they have a great routine going! I was in and out within minutes. I did end up talking with a worker and was telling her how amazing this is and how it saves me lots of time. It's so convenient and that's what I love about it. Ziker always goes above and beyond. I only have positive experiences there! I'd highly recommend this location.

I felt the charge was a steep, but didn't question it based upon the recommendation. We walked in during our pick up time to see my daughter's dress quickly being done. She tried it on and nothing had been done to the top of the dress which was one of the areas she had marked to do. Our pick up was the day of prom, and she was unwilling to do anything to correct it sooner than late afternoon, which was too late for us (photos, dinner, etc). Her reasoning was because she had other pick up appointments coming in, but we were there during our pick up time. We don't understand why she did not do a little more to try to help us, or find some way to make it so that my daughter could comfortably wear her dress even if it was a temporary fix to get her through. We left there with my daughter sobbing that she did not have a dress to wear to prom, and we paid for alterations that we did not receive and no refund for the work that wasn't done. Absolute rip off and my daughter is crushed!
