This place had a friendly eye care associate, Abraham and terrific Doctor Ryan Wurkis, who is originally from Concord. Dr. Wurkis had the best way of explaining terminology in layman's terms as well as a friendly disposition that could probably make anyone feel welcomed. Happily, we were seen right on time. Waiting was kept to a minimum. The staff had every COVID-19 safety precaution in place, but the single unisex restroom was in dire need of a cleaning. Though we are taking our prescriptions to an online fulfillment site, this visit was painless, dare I say pleasant, even. Worth the trip!

The staff is not very friendly. It's apparent their is a riff in the office or they just would rather be somewhere else. When the great customer service was mentioned the office noses got bent out of shape. Like I said Dr. Wurkis is great. I had a issue with one eye. He gave me some drops. Later I got the same problem with my other eye. I called the office and explained my issue. Was told Dr. Wurkis was out that day and the following week. The person I spoke to said they would check and give me a call in the next couple of hours. I know they have other drs. That could have prescribed the meds in Dr. Wurkis's absence. I never got a call back and it's the weekend now and got no relief. Great drs never stay in an environment like this for long. I give 2 stars because the Dr was great. They loose 3 stars because the staff sucks.

I also think it's pretty awesome that they have a machine that takes a 3D picture of your eye. This replaces the dilation of your eye. I would have been better off not having anything done. I paid 11k to only now have vision issues, major dry eyes that require costly eye drops every month and bad halos. I called Metrolina , Kency answered the phone and told me that after I left they had discussed my situation , I told them the outcome of my call with the insurance and an appointment was set up.
