Update: "Fraud Alert"…read more "Must Read" The first review, I gave Todd the owner PPW a high recommendation because he provided me with pictures of certain areas of my roof that he said were clean. I trusted Todd that he completed the job as per our agreement. He also reassured me that the gutters had been clean. About a month later, I contacted a Christmas light company and scheduled an appointment with them to have lights put on the roof gutters. Upon their arriving, I mentioned to the owner that I had just gotten the roof cleaned. A short time after that, the owner contacted me and provided me with some pictures of a dirty roof and about 2 inches of dirt inside the gutters. I was told that the roof was slippery and there was mold growing on it. How disappointing was it to find out that Todd had lied to me about his work and the fact that he took advantage of my generosity. I will let the photographs speak for themselves. It was unbelievable how much dirt was taken off from the roof and the gutters during the second cleaning. I contacted Todd, who did not apologize or take responsibility for misleading me, but rather he wanted to trade his services for the requested refund amount. I do not trust Todd anymore therefore I requested a refund. Unfortunately, Todd refused to refund my money. I'm providing this honest updated review in hopes that it might help a customer decide whether to hire Peninsula Pressure Wash or not. I will be placing my review, if possible, on Peninsula Pressure Wash Facebook page, their Instagram and submitting a complaint with a Better Business Bureau. NOTE: If Todd has cleaned your gutters and roof, you might consider having someone double check that he actually did the work!!

He just now texted offering me his services so I decided to give him honest review. I made appointment with him in advance, and he never show up. I live in Greenfield, I texted him at 8 am to tell him it doesn't rain. He replied 5 hours later, and blamed weather in Salinas, he also told me he can't come soon because he has huge job for a week some place else. I think he overbooked himself, and cancelled on me because he had better client. Otherwise he would reply to my morning message, but he was busy for 5 hr. First off I had written…read morea review approximately 10 months ago, which was a good review for some " Handyman work" Florberto had done for us. I do not doubt that he is a good handyman. The problem I had was when Florberto was here he had pointed out to me the rotting wood around the exterior front window of our home and that he could fix it. Being naïve that I was and not realizing that a license contractor should do a job like this i hired him. A few days went by when he was here and I noticed sheet rock chunks breaking off of the interior wall because of all the hard pounding he was doing which was concerning. I ordered a window (per his advice) to replace the one around the wood rot and he told me to call him when the window comes in so I assumed he had finished what he could do until that time. About a day later, I had another Handyman come to put up a barn door and he pointed out to me that I was going to have a huge problem because it was in the forecast to rain for the next five days and he showed me the open spaces all around the window where the wood rot had been. I found out that Florberto had taken some of the wood rot off and left everything completely exposed and with the rain coming it was going to be soaking into the interior walls and cause even more damaged than there was before. I was shocked that he left everything unfinished. I ended up having to hire, which I should've done in the first place a licensed contracting company who had to take everything that he had done off because it was done incorrectly, and correct his mistakes and then do the job. It cost me $9000 which because of the rain there was only so much we could do to protect the exposed openings all around the window until the contractors could start. This was a big lesson for me and Florberto should never have started something that first off he is not licensed to do and I believe he got in way over his head.If he would have just been honest with me and let me know that we needed to get somebody to fix everything it would've definitely saved me some money and stress. I have posted some photos of how he left the job. Luckily, I had not paid him much even though I not realizing until the contractors got here how poorly the work he did was.
